We love this hotel - great position, great food and service. Not the cheapest place to stay but well worth it

Staff were lovely! Really good service. V impressed. Hotel would do with a facelift though, the room is a bit dated. Incredible views and lovely menu.

overnight stay for short trip to ferry next day.
Overall generally very good. Some areas could do with a 'touch up' but nothing really to complain about

We enjoyed a 2 night stay to visit family. Our room had a stunning view across Poole Bay. We ate in both restaurants and were happy with the food quality and especially with the attentiveness of the staff.

Friendly welcome with great service, great views over Poole harbour. Bathrooms a bit tired, but certainly clean, and walls quite thin so noise travels.
