Room was good, so was the breakfast. Safety is ensured. But cost is a bit high, for just one night. Staffs are co-operative. Overall good experience 👍. Make this anonymous.

The rooms were smelly. Corridor was smelling with alcohol and smoke though they strictly say smoking is prohibited. Bedspread was not clean. No professional house keeping. Breakfast is below average. Not worth the money.

"it's extremely unfair that after confirming the booking, the hotel asks customers to look for alternative arrangements upon arrival. They seem to disregard customers' planning and booking efforts entirely"
