Pleasant Inn

We had informed about the late check in. Good front office staff. Really a pleasant stay. Property was easily accessible and is located at the main area of the town.

Very worst rooms provided. Please report this problem. Car parking is mentioned in the amenities but here they are saying that car parking is not there inside the room ac is not working properly room is not clean smoke smell is coming

From the moment we entered, we were greeted by a foul smell and a dirty, neglected reception area. Walking toward the lift, we had to dodge broken tiles, and the lift itself was suffocating with a non-functional fan. Our room was a serious safety hazard — open wires dangling from the water kettle and AC. Frequent power cuts made it impossible to relax. Room service was practically non-existent, and the so-called security guard at the gate was always busy watching reels on his mobile instead of doing his job. To top it off, they charge ridiculously high prices for these pathetic, unsafe facilities. It’s pure daylight robbery! The only positive was the location, but that’s no excuse for the shocking condition of the property. I feel completely demand a refund. Stay away from this place if you value your money, your time, and your safety.

The stay at Pleasant Inn was decent. The location is convenient, close to major attractions and restaurants. The staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean but a bit small. Facilities like Wi-Fi and hot water were available. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Good for a short and budget-friendly stay.

A budget stay with decent room and facilities: The stay was in the middle of street with lot of hustle and bustle. They have a parking which is good but its not attached and have to keep it in a place 200m away. The room was good enough but reception service was pathetic. You have to follow up 10 times. Breakfast is served in a closed room where they are frying poori and entire room is locked with smoke. Pros: 1. Good enough for a 1 day stay with good options for breakfast 2. AC was working 3. 4-bed room was very big with 2 bathrooms Cons: 1. Reception and front-desk service 2. No kitchen present 3. Breakfast area is pathetic

Very cooperative and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Good security and car parking readily available. Had a slight hiccup with the AC but the staff took care of it immediately, highly recommended!
