Highly overpriced hotel compared to the amenities. Bathroom was clean but not maintained. Room was too small

The hotel's location is the best part as it's about 10 mins walkable distance from promenade beach. There is a local market around this hotel with numerous restaurants and one can easily get scooters on rent from nearby shops. Prominent tourist places and cafes are also at walkable distance. Service is good however i felt the prices charged for the room were little more for the facilities offered. We stayed in a deluxe room which was of medium size but the bed was comfortable and basic amenities like tea/coffee milk sachets were provided. The kettle was not clean and some toiletries were missing. Upon asking for it they said they are out of stock. They have a small restaurant on the first floor but with limited food choices. The taste, however, is great and feels like home cooked. Room service is good. The staff is very helpful and humble and will greet you with warmth and smile. Negative marking is only for the facilities otherwise it's a good stay option if you get the room at a slightly lower price. Room charges are mainly for the location and could go up during weekends. Overall recommended for a comfortable stay at pondicherry.

The location is superb but the rooms are very compact compared to other hotels in the nearby vicinity. The rooms were not clean and had dust accumulated. There were mosquitos in the room as well. There was no dental kit provided, which is weird.
