The reception staff is very kind and nice. The room is comfortable. Location of the hotel is not far from the old town. It’s good value for price.

The hotel is located very well not very far from historical center. The stuff was very kind and helpful We enjoyed staying there!!

It was located right next to the tram, so it was easily accessible, and the receptionist was friendly, so it was a comfortable stay.

The hotel is small and exquisite, clean and tidy. The breakfast is good with many varieties. Although the price is a bit expensive, it feels safe and warm to live alone. I will come again next time if there is a discount. Nice hotel, nice breakfast, wish a nicer price.

We had made a reservation for New Year's Eve. We had problems with the heating in the hotel every night. Some of the staff were attentive, some were indifferent and amateur. The breakfast was nice and sufficient. In terms of cleaning, I think the toilet cleaning was a bit problematic.

The room is clean and tidy. The hotel is 25 minutes' walk from Prague Railway Station and 28 minutes' walk from Charles Bridge. Just follow the navigation. The breakfast is rich, and the best thing is that there is a kettle in the room. For Chinese people, being able to boil water and make tea is such a relief.

The location is not a problem as it is within walking distance from the square. The front desk staff was very kind and the room was clean and there were no problems. The breakfast is of a high standard and nice!

An unforgettable trip to Prague. The hotel is very close to the Old Town Square and there are many delicious shops nearby. Although the interior of the hotel is old, it has complete facilities, the breakfast is very good, and the front desk is very welcoming. If you don’t have a toothbrush, you need to bring your own. You can ask the front desk for slippers. Very cost-effective~
