Ulasan Four Points by Sheraton - Pleasanton

Kamar oke, tapi kualitas front desknya lumayan berlebihan. Saya dikasih kamar 612, tapi pintunya tidak bisa dibuka dan tidak ada yang datang membantu. Saya diminta bolak-balik tiga kali untuk melakukan a pemeriksaan kualitas pintu mereka? Akhirnya ganti kamar. Ada juga biaya parkir sebesar $10, yang sulit dipercaya untuk membebankan biaya parkir di sini di Pleasantan. .

Itu adalah lokasi yang bagus dan layanan secara normal memiliki kolam renang yang bagus dan balkon di kamar yang benar-benar nyaman. Saya pasti akan tinggal di sana lagi.

Location was good near all freeways was close to our event that we was attending!! Room was clean but needs more updating also couldn’t check into my room At 3:00 due to rooms weren’t ready and when traveling a long way all you want to do is check in to your room and relax!!

大堂正在裝修，可能也是比較便宜的原因，再有就是二樓沒有電梯，但是房間內部空間和浴室床都是不錯的。離奧萊很近。

整體都不錯。

Didn’t seem as good inside as it did outside and it there was some people hanging around the parking lot that shouldn’t have been there. not as clean, and noise all the way until past 3am. not fun it’s a toddler

Our stay was good. Only bummer was I tried to get an early check in and they couldn’t accommodate.

Hotel is being rehabbed. Only every day room service. Not informed. It is run down but my room was new. It was fine. Good location.

It was a nice view. Everything was good. But I had an alleged reaction to the bedsheets and blankets.

Another great stay, this place is always clean and comfortable, the service at the front desk was great this time around, they are making improvements so there has been construction going on so you mite have to take different routes to get your room but it stops early enough to not bother me, over all a 9 because of the construction

It said breakfast included. They were being remodeled and had no breakfast for us. I would not recommend this hotel until the remodel is complete!

The pool was heated the workout room was very clean the room was very nice the desk was very helpful

Staff are really nice and helpful. My room was very clean and acceptable. There’s so much construction going on in hallways that were closed during a terrible, rainy storm, we had to walk outside around the property to just get to our rooms. Even though parking spaces were near our room on the other side of the lot, most of it was closed off for construction, and it really ******.
