Good: The 2BR unit 1130 was clean and well-maintained. The master shower was large and wonderful. Both the A/C and the fan in the master BR were really loud. Nice to have A/C in the living room. Didn't cook here, but had everything we need for simple breakfast. Location is ideal, close to shops and laundry mat (Mr. Laundry). Also highly recommend Roxy Jamaican restaurant. Spent 5 minutes at the beach as it was overcrowded. The pool with swim up bar is lovely. Less good: management and having to deal with so many different parties. First, there is Marriott Bonvoy who advertised it as meals all inclusive. It is not. Then there is Playa Moments who meet you to pretty much get your deposit. They are available via WhatsApp, but didn't really feel they could do much. Last, there is the Aldea Thai property management. They gave us keys to the wrong room so we walked in on other guests. Then they made us wear plastic bracelets the whole time which served no purpose other than for "security" and didn't provide us any benefits or discounts anywhere.

Do not stay at this hotel regardless of anything. Hotel management is extremely rude. At 9 am of check out day the manager of hotel enters room without knocking and saying check out is in a few hours.

El hotel es una especie de condominio donde cada habitación pertenece a un dueño diferente y con esta excusa el personal se deslinda de toda responsabilidad y atención correspondientas a las de un hotel digno de sus costos. No incluye la limpieza, pero eso si, te andan multando por cualquier cosa como por ensuciar las toallas. En la terraza de nuestra habitacion habia una pestaña postiza en el piso de los clientes pasados, arena en el fondo del jacuzzi y una cucaracha. Ni siquiera te ponen bolsas en los botes de basura. Cero recomiendo y cero me vuelvo a quedar aqui.

Pésimo servicio desde la recepción que no tiene información sobre los huéspedes registrados. La habitación está en muy malas condiciones. Mala limpieza y pésimo mantenimiento. Regadera rota e incrustada de salitre. Focos fundidos en el baño. Tiene una puerta de comunicación con otros habitación que está a punto de caer. Los muebles deteriorados y con pintura dañada. A las 1 de la mañana nos cortaron la luz sin motivo y hasta después de 1 hora que bajamos a quejarnos la volvieron a conectar. Mientras tanto, sin aire acondicionado. No gasten su dinero en tan deplorables condiciones que no valen el precio que se paga.

Solicite un médico al domicilio por un problema de salud. Y en recepción nos dijeron que el seguridad no lo iba a dejar entrar. El seguridad estaba al lado jugando a los juegos con el teléfono diciendo que el médico no puede entrar por ahí y que no lo iba a dejar entrar. Es un médico. No es una pizza.
