Ulasan Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen Adults Only All Inclusive

It is well located and protected place. Foods are amazing and there are too many different kinds. Pool is nice. It only needs a better beach. Not for a beach holiday but others are really good.

6月に3泊宿泊しました。雨季のためか海は藻がたくさんで入れませんでしたが、人も多すぎずプールでゆっくり寛げました。キンタアベニーダにも近いので、ホテルライフの合間にちょっと街ブラを楽しんだりもできます。ビュッフェ、ディナーレストランが3件、カフェやプールバーがあり、アクティビティで朝ヨガやショーもあり、色々楽しめました。オーシャンビューで予約しましたがほぼ海が見えなかったので、部屋から海をみたい場合はシーフロントなどで予約した方がよいかもです。

淡季不過分喧鬧，人也不擁擠，吃的喝的非常有檔次，房間硬件很高檔，即舒適方便，也有面子，地理位置非常棒，也超級安全！

Beach is smallish and they are fighting the never ending battle of seaweed washing up on shore. But they fought that fight well everyday! Great people, great food options, and an easy walk to the safe market area a block away. Many of the market area merchants are a little aggressive to get your attention, just more of an annoyance than anything for some of them. Wish there was a bar option before 11am, but otherwise had a great stay and would do it again!

Everything was fantastic, my only complaint was a low toilet. I didn't want to book an ADA room, but a higher toilet would have been helpful

We really enjoyed the staff service and overall experience. Cleanliness of towels and halls could be improved, as well as quality of the specialty restaurants.

This is a great resort, really fun. The staff is exceptional. Could use an update sooner than later but it’s very good. Restaurants are good, not great but a great variety. My one and only complaint was getting a couples massage and paying for a hot stone upgrade, we had been there only one day and had gotten a lot of sun, a little sunburnt on my shoulders but not much, they refused to give us a hot stone massage and switched it to cold stone - it was terrible. My girlfriend wasn’t burnt at all and they wouldn't give her a hot stone massage either. The couple we travelled with both got their hot stone massage and were both at least as burnt as I was. The massage was a disaster and it angers me 6 days later typing this. I get a lot of massages, especially on vacation and this has never happened. My shoulders are worse than they were when I arrived. Time for some CBD oil and my Theragun.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was very good and facility is in a convenient location. There was a soft sale on the hotel chain, which I did not care for, but was nothing compared to timeshare type sales pitches I’ve experienced in the past. Nighttime “entertainment” was ‘eh’, but overall had a very nice time.

I enjoyed the property,but they ran out of several alcohols daily. The grounds were nice but, the beach, what they had of it was at the opposite end of the resort and very hard to get to or to find.

The entertainment staff, especially Manuel, were outstanding! So friendly, polite and engaging of all the guests!

The staff at the hotel were really nice and everything went smoothly from checking in to making dinner reservations. It was nice being so close to Playa del Carmen’s 5th Ave. The restaurants on the property were all pretty good and we enjoyed the coffee shop too. The hotel’s beach is pretty small but you can continue walking along other areas of the beach. Our only issue was it was difficult to get water bottles on the property, which was an issue because you can’t drink tap water in Mexico. We had to call room service to get them.

The staff was amazing Misty, Christian, Jamie and the rest of the staff were friendly and always kept the guest involved.
