It was great!!

Very beautiful hotel. In very great area and location. Can walk everywhere.

Housekeeping takes so long. There were 3 of us checked in, but they only replenish 2 towels and water daily. The 3rd person also paid so it would have been nice to get fresh towels and water for three people equally.

Top geführt!!! Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles neu und modern mit tollen Pool. Gutes Frühstück. Lage vorteilhaft, durch Supermarkt im Haus (Top & günstig Essen vom Grill vor Ort).

Todo estuvo muy bien. El personal es muy amable siempre fueron muy atentos para ayudarnos. El hotel es precioso. La mejor experiencia para mi perrita. Le enviaron una camita y algunos juegues para su estancia.

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado. Limpio, moderno y con una gran piscina en el roof top. Recomendado

位置很好，步行可以去很多餐廳。感覺是playa最新的比較好的酒店了

Room was clean and quiet. Couldn’t figure out how to work the mini fridge. The 2 roof top infinity pools were very large and excellent. Parking was easy although signage was not good. There’s even a big supermarket on the main floor

The property is in a great location. Minutes walk from 5th Avenue and beach. Everything is conveniently in walking distance.

We had no water for one day no shower no bathrooms and no faucet. And the we are working on it dont worry excuse. When we checked out we were trying to return the towels at 1215 and keys were locked and they said since you did your reservation with ******* you have to fully check out or will be fully charged for another day. We could not return towels Since they had locked our keys and the were not being very helpful. Took us over 20 mins to make them realize if we didn't get access to elevators we could not go to the roof top pool to return the towels….really rude person other than that hotel ok area ok and convenient. Amazing how one person can ruin a stay or a rating

Nice hotel that’s close to 5th Avenue maybe 3-5 minute walking distance. Nice supermarket under the hotel
