Tenerife Royal Gardens - Viviendas Vacacionales

We absolutely loved our stay. Our apartment was B2 11 and was honestly 5 star. Everything was perfect and even had a washing machine!!! We could not find even one fault in the whole complex. Would highly recommend. Thankyou so much Tenerife royal gardens, we can't wait to return!!!!

Great location. ( GOLD ) Easy access to the beach and amenities. Studio apartment left a lot to be desired. Loverlyy view of the pool and surounding area's. Nice place to chill and great space for the mind body and soul. 😎 Would I go back? Maybe! if my arm was twisted 🤣😎

Stayed here for three nights, myself and my partner in a studio apartment. The location is excellent, right on the doorstep of the beach, shops and restaurants however still very quiet and peaceful. Our view from the apartment balcony was fab, looking on to the pool with beach to our left. The whole grounds are spotlessly clean and really well looked after. The grounds are gated with a code for the door so very private. You cut through the Taurus restaurant to get into the grounds and have to say the food is excellent and definitely worth a visit. We would definitely stay here here again.

Location is perfect. beach, good choices for restaurants within five minutes, ten minutes to playas las Americas. Supermarkets all within easy reach. Security gated area. Two pools one heated with lots of space for sun loungers. Gardens are well maintained, Apartment is immaculate, very clean and well equipped, everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. A lot of thought has gone into decoration and the furnishings both of which are very tasteful. King size bed is very comfortable, fold down bed in living room too. dining possible either inside or on balcony. More than enough storage facilities. Washing machine in bathroom. Induction hob with microwave/oven plus all the usual kitchen appliances including a capsule coffee machine. Previous holidaymakers had left some groceries and toiletries, it is good that Marcello does not remove these but leaves them for next occupants, if you do the same it is swings and roundabouts. Marcello is a gentleman to do business with, very professional and this shows in the standard of his apartments. We have no connection with Marcello other than being a very satisfied customer. Very nice apartment on the top floor in a duplex style. Nicely furnished and clean. Lovely swimming pool and lots of sunbeds available all the time. There is a games room and it gives some shade as does the trees dotted around the pool but no umbrellas. Nice that the children could enjoy their floats and it was never too busy. The steak house attached to the complex is excellent but a bit slow serving but the food is lovely. Quiet location next to the busy Golden mile where there is an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops.

Tenerife Royal Gardens is a very nice place to stay in Playa de las Américas. Excellent location, just off the Golden Mile but still quiet and relaxing. We stayed in a lovely 1 bedroom apartment, room A1-1, with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The pool area is just right, with a separate section for infants although we did have to get up early in the mornings to be sure of sunbeds (the usual towels on sunbeds all day with nobody using them!). The only downside to our stay was there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom, just the living room, so the bedroom at night could become a sweat box. Overall a lovely place and will definitely consider it again.

Apartment was very nice, with large balcony in a great location. Air conditioning could have been better as not able to cool down all areas of apartment.

WE STAYED IN THE TRG FOR TWO WEEKS. HAD A GREAT TIME. THE APARTMENTS WERE SPOTLESS AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. PLENTY OF SUNBEDS FOR EVERYONE. IT WAS NEVER OVERLY CROWDED. GEORGE AND THE TEAM IN THE OFFICE WERE ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. WOULD RECOMMEND THE TRG GREAT FOR FAMILIES.

Perfect location and apartment for first time visitors to tenerife. The hotel is not locates in the party side of the island but this suited us well with lots of fine dining options close by. The TRG complex is very clean, well maintained with two main pools, one is heated and separate one for children. There a lifeguard in attendance and 24 hours security with CCTV and locked premises. Our room, B3-3 had a large balcony overlooking the pool area and sea. The balcony had two sun loungers, table with two chairs, clothes rack and a pull out canopy. Access to balcony was through a locked patio door. The open plan kitchen/living room was large for a studio. The kitchen was fully equipped with all utensils, working oven, electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a filter coffee machine. There was a three seater sofa bed, large tv and excellent WiFi within the room and balcony. The bathroom had a large main shower head plus a hand held option and three body hight directional jets. In the sink cabinet you will find a hairdryer, iron and shower mat. Next to the shower is an ironing board and a washing machine which we used to freshen up the towels as this is a self catering apartment and not a hotel. The bed was firm but comfortable. Lots of storage throughout the apartment. There is a safe that is cemented in one of the cupboards, you will need to ask reception for the key. The apartment was clean on arrival and we maintained this ourselves using the supplied mop, bucket and broom. If you arrive outside of the office hours, Monday-Friday, 9-1 then you will given instruction how to access the complex and retrieve your key from a coded lock box outside the room. Remeber to request a key to the safe before arriving at the hotel otherwise you will need to wait until the office is open. Surrounding the complex there were two beaches literally across the road inopposite directions. We had a preference for one beaches where the sand was more yellow. Plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel with lots more choices within 5-10 minutes walk. There was a supermarket, Mercadona,15 minutes walk from the hotel which would have everything you would need at a fraction of the local so called supermarkets. We would definitely stay at this complex again managed by Roberto and his team from Ternerfe holiday rentals. As we are aware that some reviews on Trip Advisor cover other apartments by other agents.
