Amazing stay! Breakfast was excellent, full buffet plus chef who made custom omelettes and pancakes every morning, was blown away by this. I also told the hotel that it was our anniversary trip, and they accommodated by having the staff create a towel sculpture of two swans kissing and rose pedals on the bed, such a special touch! They had an option to add champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room for the night which we loved. I also really appreciated the attention to customer comfort, the front desk texted with us every single day to make sure we were having a great stay, it was nice to be able to ask questions straight from my phone. They even gave us drink vouchers for the on site hotel bar which was such a nice treat. I will say the pool and hot tub area was not the cleanest, a lot of loose wristbands and other garbage in the water, wish they would take better care of that. It would also be appreciated if adult swim was a bit longer, an hour didn’t really feel like enough, especially on Valentine’s Day weekend, however I am grateful they had it. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We will absolutely be staying here in the future, and recommending to friends.
