"The stay was extremely poor. Cleanliness was mediocre, and the service was so bad I don't even want to talk about it. They said it was hotel policy to charge extra for using toiletries, and they also charged extra for two bottles of water outside the room. After extending my stay, the housekeeping was incredibly perfunctory. I called the front desk to bring tissues, but it took all afternoon to arrive. The toothbrush was of terrible quality—it left my mouth full of bristles after just one brush, like something out of a cheap alleyway hotel. The shampoo and shower gel were cheap, like those cheap packets. The linens weren't even the same color; the white duvet cover and pillowcases were yellowed. Seriously, avoid this hotel! Everything was substandard. After contacting the front desk to resolve a few issues, they just gave me the cold shoulder and told me to pay up. They said if I paid, everything would be fine. This is the worst hotel in Pingdu. The actual experience may vary."
