Having some couple time out after holidaying with family. Was generously upgraded to a beautiful room with a view of the sea and a private pool. A real treat. We really appreciated it. Wonderful staff.

This hotel is the absolute best for kids. There is a kids club, and also a kids pool with slides, water guns and free floats and balls provided. Every morning at breakfast there will be a costume mascot that will greet the kids. We had a lobster, dolphin and crab appear during our stay. Staff were also wonderful and helpful. Having a shuttle is a nice touch considering the steep uphill climb back to the hotel. I appreciate the sustainability efforts the hotel has put in. But my battle with the toothpaste was not ideal. I could not tear open the toothpaste packaging. The bed we had was super king size. Truly remarkable. My wife is a light sleeper so it made our trip even more pleasant. Overall I would say Massimo Bernardi the GM has done a good job with the place. From the activities, to staff attentiveness and even the maintenance of the place. There were even yoga sessions in the morning for those who are into it. And finally would like to thank for the cake in the fridge. It was a very nice surprise.

We had a great stayed at your hotel and would like to thank to all crew members from Novotel Vintage, everything is perfect, love the cooling lobby, everyone is wearing a smile to welcome us, we feel so warm just like back home. Front desk lady named Front is really helpful, lady at lounge named Palm made me nice Margarita too, I really appreciate the house keeping who arranged the day bed for my kid, and I'm so thrilled with the birthday decoration and lovely cake,,it truly made my day after my whole day island hopping, many thanks to all of u, we will definitely be back again for our next trip. Thanks and see u soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Amenities are pretty old but the service is superb. My child particularly loved the swimming pools. They even have kids’ games on weekdays where the kids can get free ice cream vouchers, my daughter enjoyed that as well. Location is a bit far from the hustle and bustle of Patong so walking with a kid may not be so convenient. We ended up renting a motorbike to move around. They have a shuttle to Jungceylon Mall as well. The beach view from my room is amazing and I might come here again on my next trip.

Very convenient location close to old town Heated outdoor covered swimming pool 🏊♂️ which is great Breakfast offered sufficient options But need to improve cleanliness and refurbishment as signs of wear and tear all around.
