Hotel di Kata Beach, Phuket

Location was superb, had everything a family needed. Kids had all the things they needed. We arrived in time for the water festival and that was an an amazing experience .

Traveling to Phuket for the first time as a family and we had a wonderful stay at OZO. Good location near the beach and opposite the Kata night market with lots of food choices. Kata is a family oriented area compared to Patong. We checked in about an hour earlier and it was nice of the hotel to include a single bed in the living room without charge. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious with ceiling fans in both areas. Good that hotel provides free parking too. Breakfast selection is ok. Pool area is popular with families and nice to have a slides for kids. Overall a good hotel choice for families.

Which is very good experience in Phuket and drive us a relax and chill vibes. The breakfast offering incredible food and service, give me an energetic and pleasant experience. I love the place and the atmosphere

A nice place to stay. Great location. One of the few seafront hotels on Karon beach. Nice pool area. The sunbeds are always available. Breakfasts are good, the area not crowded. Attention!!! The hotel is 18+, so there are lots of elder people, being 44 years, I was one of the youngest guests. So do not expect fun and joy, more of relax type. No gym in the hotel. They provide access to the other hotel's gym, which is not very close. Liked the place, but not sure I will return.

We really love this hotel! It's super kid-friendly resort, it has big water slides. And small slides suitable for kids. Friendly staffsss, we stayed for 3 nights, the staffs there are helpful and passionate. Facilities with gym and kids club, breakfast selection is enough for us. Rooms is clean and spacious, really comfortable and we had good sleep. We'd love to come back again!

This is a very nice and well located hotel. All amenities are offered and nearby to many restaurants (Red Corner is especially good). The only complaint I had was that I found 3 very large cockroaches in my room within 5 mins of checking in. I informed reception and was offered to have someone bring bug spray, but eventually agreed to change my room. Staff was friendly, but communication was difficult at times. Overall, a nice place for a short stay.

We had a fantastic holiday at Sawdee in Thailand, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Having direct access to the pool made our experience so much more enjoyable, especially for the kids who loved being able to jump in anytime. The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and offered stunning views of the pool area. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities provided made our stay feel luxurious. The hotel facilities were impeccable, with a beautifully maintained pool, a well-equipped fitness centre, and a variety of dining options that catered to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious local and international dishes – a perfect way to start the day! Location-wise, the hotel is in an ideal spot – close to key shops and the beach, yet still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The staff were always available to provide helpful recommendations on local tours and hidden gems to explore, making our holiday even more memorable. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort the team put into ensuring that our family had an unforgettable experience. From the thoughtful touches in the room to the excellent customer service, everything was beyond our expectations. If you're considering staying at Sawdee, don't hesitate! It's the perfect place for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We can't wait to return!

I absolutely loved staying here. The location is perfect and there are pools that run throughout the length of the resort. The rooms are great, the room service is fantastic and the ladies on the front desk were warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back within 12 months

I recently stayed at this resort and overall, I had a decent experience. Thay upgraded me to romance sea view which i think not much different from what i had booked,view was blocked by trees and other villa . The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable. The place was also very clean and well-maintained, which was a huge plus. However, one major downside was the number of insects that came out at night. They were very noisy and made it difficult to sleep well. If you're a light sleeper or easily bothered by insects, this may not be the best place for you. The breakfast was pretty standard and nothing to shout about. It was good enough to get me through the morning, but nothing special. The biggest downside for me was the price. It was quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area, and I'm not sure if it was worth the extra cost. Overall, if you have plenty of money to spend and are looking for a quiet place to stay, this hotel may be a good option for you. However, if you're on a budget or easily bothered by insects, you may want to look elsewhere.There are plenty of resorts and hotels near kata,my 3 cents worth of experience One last thing ,i was bothered by the breakfast staff who impatiently told off a chinese lady,wait wait,just wait.If she decided to work in a service industry,she need to have more patient towards customer

We were here on a family trip for three nights and chose this hotel as it is advertised as kids friendly. The brand not only did not meet the minimum standards, the service and staff was very bad. 1. We were checking in late at 7 pm and when I sent the email about the same, the guy responded with entire information about check out 2. Rooms were comfortable but few basic amenities were missing or not functioning 3. There is 1 small lift for 5 storeys with capacity of 5 people! And lift was not working for 4-5 hours and had to carry my baby all the way up to 5th floor multiple times. 4. Kids play area is very average and when we requested for play station remotes the staff kept on using delaying tactics instead of giving a straight answer 5. Worst was the breakfast buffet and food experience. Food and desserts is very average. There is hardly anything for vegetarians and usually at all hotels they make something where vegetarian food isn’t available. At Novotel, we weren’t given this option and when requested staff rudely said no, except on one occasion. 6. Water play area is good 7. Shuttle service to kata beach is available but no information is provided before hand.
