Ada yang salah dengan AC di hotel. Itu terlalu panas. Saya mengeluh ke konter empat kali sebelum saya mengganti kamar. Lalu saya minta sikat gigi. Katanya pihak hotel tidak menyediakannya? Hotel bintang empat tidak menyediakan sikat gigi dan pasta gigi? Pasta gigi dan sikat gigi sekali pakai yang paling dasar tidak menghubungi konter untuk mengizinkan saya membelinya di luar, yang agak mengecewakan.

Dekat dengan Jungceylon, jadi mudah ditemukan dan lokasinya bagus. Tampaknya menjadi yang terbaik untuk harga. Sarapan sederhana dan staf ramah. Tekanan air juga bagus.
Ada toko serba ada tepat di seberang jalan, jadi mudah untuk membeli dan makan. Ini adalah 5 menit berjalan kaki dari Bangladesh Road.

The rooms were spotless and inviting. The staff's friendliness and eagerness to help made the stay even better. The location couldn't be more perfect, just a short stroll from the mall and the vibrant Bangla Walking Street.

Amata patong hotel is a very good hotel services and location , but the room has a other sharing door room for the other room , which is not good on this and ppl on the next door can hear everything like talk , tv or music , so thats bother each other.

i have stayed at the hotel many times, my go to hotel ! I had a problem with the air conditioning and loud music in room 231 ( I’m a musician normally don’t bother me ) This room is next to the road The room is very big and has a very big balcony but in the older building. After the first night I ask to be moved, the lady at the desk said No,!! I’ll have a repairman look at the air conditioning The repairman came 3 times in 2 days ( not to mention loud bass until 2: 30/3 in the morning ) So I booked another hotel
But Mint ( nicest lady you will ever meet )came to my room and offered to move me to around room,, even an upgrade but I had already booked another hotel. She was super apologetic, apologized for the lady at the front desk and offered me a voucher for my remaining stay.! Incredibly nice lady . I was sad I was leaving Because of Mint, I will highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again !!! Just book the pool view room 😊 very good hotel !!
