I love the room and all the facilities in the hotel except the check out time I have waited 15 minutes for them to check the room before I can take back my deposit.

Breakfast is very good and a solid variety. Rooms. I had some issues with ants but housekeeping took care of it. The staff are friendly and kind. The hotel gave a gift card for a kg of fruit for our three-night stay. Shuttle service is needed as the rooms are a little far from reception but I think people with special needs may experience a challenge getting on and off. Check-in and check-out weren't bad. It took about ten minutes. We had a nice room with a great view. I would recommend this accommodation for families and couples. It's professional and affordable.

This is one the most terrible experiences we had. The hotel is on the cliff. Every time we go to room, we have to wait for the shuttle bus. It’s very inconvenient. When we call reception for help, no one answer for long time. The English level of reception staff is very poor. The access card is faulty, door cant be opened. We went to reception for help. The staff keeping on telling me that card is ok, and asked me go back to try again and again. Waste of time. Strictly no visitor is allowed for this hotel. Pls be aware before booking. There is no shop, no restaurant nearby.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel — the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the scenic views made it even more memorable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway

Very beautiful ocaenview. Nice location, very quiet and 2 miles drive to the patong beach bar street.

It's a great hotel close to Patong beach and a short walk to main street. Our ocean view room was close to the road, so could hear a bit of traffic noise in the evening. The Thai style of the hotel was a nice touch...

Hi, overall the experience is good, location is very good and breakfast was great with ocean view. I really like the restaurant staffs, they are very professional and sweet. They also had a free cake for my brother’s birthday. And the staff at the gate to help us across the streets were as very helpful and friendly.  The receptionists could be better. Before arriving, 2 weeks in advance I arrived, I emailed them for details about experience and programme, they just reply me to check the website. When I mentioned my brother’s birthday and asked if we can have some deco in the room, they didn’t reply. When I arrived, i found total 3 rooms they didn’t arrange accordingly based on my comments which I left in the email that I sent 2 weeks earlier, in the result, the bill charged to my brother’s room and I need more time when I check out. When I checked out, as I left earlier so I clean all the bills for total 3 rooms, and got confirmation from the receptionist that it’s all good. But when my brother checking out, they asked him to show the deposit receipt and credit card, at that time I was on the plane. Later I spent extra time to speak to the receptionist when I landed to explain, just realised they themselves didn’t do handover or remark thing. So they didn’t check internally but bothering clients.  I will definitely be back to Patong but I am not sure if I will choose this hotel.

Room is smelly！ The staff in the pool restaurant is only friendly to white guests! The view of the room is ok. The breakfast buffet is satisfying but all-inclusive package is not recommended as the choices of food and beverages are limited.

Staff were really helpful. The resort is beautiful and the location is great. They have a wide variety of foods for breakfast. The pools were clean and beautiful. Booked a trip to Phi Phi island with them, it was spectacular. Overall, a great place to stay!

I choose to stay here for just one night before going back to Malaysia. This hotel is incredible, i stay at superior deluxe room with sea view & the view is very fantastic especially during sunset. Their staff was very helpful to send my luggage to the room & explain every important details during my stay. Here got 2 swimming pool. the larger one need to go by shuttle van because my room located at second floor. The breakfast menu here also amazing 👍🏼.

Everything good Good location. Good breakfast also staff are attentive.
