The rooftop pool and the first floor pool have different atmospheres, which was great!

The communication at the reception is not friendly, they check everyone in first, we had to wait until everyone was checked in, but they paid zero attention to us, they said wait and that's it
The hotel is average, there are much better and more comfortable places in Katya, after they took a deposit from us, I asked for a receipt several times, but they did not pay attention to me 😀
