Ulasan Burasari Phuket Resort

Saya telah tinggal di Burasari 6-7x dalam 15 tahun terakhir. Ini adalah hotel favorit kami di sepanjang Patong karena dekorasinya unik dan istimewa. Berjalan kaki ke pantai (300m) dan ke tempat makan favorit kami. Jauh lebih bagus daripada kamar standar yang Anda dapatkan di hotel internasional. Saya telah tinggal di semua jenis kamar - beberapa hanya memiliki bak mandi yang tidak cocok untuk ibu saya yang berusia 81 tahun, jadi resepsionis dengan ramah memindahkan ibu saya ke kamar yang mandi. Layanan fantastis. Semua yang ada di lemari es gratis. Area sarapan lapang dan santai. Meski penyebarannya masih bagus, dulu lebih baik sepuluh tahun yang lalu. Lebih banyak pilihan. Saya juga memperhatikan bahwa tidak ada bacon yang agak tidak biasa. Mungkin karena pandemi, beberapa bagian ruangan tidak berfungsi dengan baik misalnya keran kamar saya sangat kaku sementara AC kamar ibu saya bocor.

Kamar mandi agak tua dan keran di bak mandi sangat tidak nyaman dan kaca yang diperbaiki seharusnya menghalangi air yang membasahi lantai kamar mandi menyebabkan masalah lain dalam penggunaan saat Anda mencoba mencuci rambut tanpa mandi atau shower. Umumnya enak dan sarapannya cukup, pilihan buah tidak banyak yang ditawarkan

The Burasari is an absolutely exceptional hotel. Location is superb. We booked the mood room and it was one of the best rooms I'd stayed in all of Thailand. Massive balcony, supremely comfortable bed, the bathroom was amazing with a massive spa bath. We absolutely loved our stay here. My only problem being that we were 2nd floor and almost every night, the tuktuks with insane stereos were blasting music from 6pm till 6am randomly as they drove past. The room has double windows and doors facing the street but it still wsnt enough to stop the bass beats. Also, one time we ordered room service, it took 2hrs to arrive which is completely unacceptable. Other than that I cannot fault this place. The pools are amazing and even the 2nd floor rooms have an outdoor day bed with mosquito nets overlooking the pool. Just a lovely hotel. Would definitely stay again!!

The hotel is just stone throw distance to patong beach and about 20 min walk to Junceylon mall, swimming pool is big and nice, hotel room is clean and spacious

TLDR: DO NOT STAY HERE — IT IS A DISGUSTING HOTEL!!!! I stayed in several types of rooms at this hotel (because each room had issues) and I can confidentially say all of the rooms are terrible. More details below. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely not a 4 star hotel - more like a BAD 3 star. My first night I was in the standard hotel room, the room had cockroaches and mysterious gross yellow stains on the sheets! I complained but they said they were all sold out and couldn’t do anything until the morning when a new room opened (I got in late, so had no choice but to stay there that night). Second night, they offered a deep clean of the room - I said absolutely not and I wanted my money back and to cancel my stay. They said I couldn’t b/c I had booked through trip.com and that I would have to fight it with them (important detail, remember for later)… I was in tears and other guests were looking at us, and so they gave me a slightly better room, but I had to wait from 8am - 2pm for it. So I was shower-less, wandering the streets until they could give me my new hotel room. I got in and room #2 had a AC leak problem. I’m talking puddles of water on the floor. It took the technician an hour to fix (meanwhile they let in several mosquitos that bite me all night)… only for me to wake at 4am to the sounds of dripping water… the AC was leaking again. I complained again, and they said they would move me to an even better room, the honeymoon suite. I said I didn’t want that, I just wanted my money back, they said no again, but this time they drafted a document offering me the upgraded room and a massage, and asked that I sign that I would not try to get money back from Trip.com if I accepted these offers. I said absolutely not. I called trip.com, who said do not sign anything as trip.com was still fighting my case for a refund. Trip.com said that the hotel legally has to give me another room w/o me signing anything. So legally the hotel still had to give me the room but took away the massage b/c I wouldn’t sign the document. The Honeymoon suite was also not that good. It needs renovations and is 100% not worth the price they charge for it. Weeks later Trip.com is still fighting my case, and despite me NOT signing the document the manager (I believe her name is Devi) lied to Trip.com and said I accepted a room upgrade + massage so the case is not valid for a refund. Good thing I didn’t sign the document, because there is no proof of such a thing. I got word today that this hotel won’t even answer Trip.com’s communications so they themselves are refunding partial of my stay (I have pictures to prove my terrible stay so they cannot deny the issues i’ve had). Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT book here. It is a terrible hotel. Truly disgusting and awful.

We recently stayed at Burasari Phuket for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. We had booked two Elite Pool View rooms, and although we were initially assigned corner rooms with no real pool view, the staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating, and promptly shifted us to proper pool-facing rooms without any hassle. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a large balcony featuring a cozy, bed-style sit-out overlooking the pool—perfect for relaxing with a drink or reading a book. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive, which really enhanced our stay. We also indulged in the hotel’s spa services, which were absolutely top-notch. Highly professional and incredibly relaxing—a definite highlight of our trip! The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of hearty and delicious options to suit all tastes. We also enjoyed drinks at the pool bar, which had an impressive collection of cocktails and a fun, tropical vibe. The food overall was excellent, both in taste and presentation. One of the standout features of Burasari is its proximity to the beach—just a 2-minute walk! The hotel even provides a beach basket free of charge, thoughtfully packed with towels, slippers, a mat, and an umbrella—making your beach visit effortless and enjoyable. Another bonus: the complimentary minibar, restocked daily, which includes beers you can take to the beach. All in all, Burasari offers a complete vacation experience—great location, amazing amenities, and truly hospitable service. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!

Location is good and near to beach . Nice swimming pool . Just keep walk around 100-200m then can see beach . Breakfast was fine too. According price this hotel is fine

Good breakfast, in the middle of the excitement but didn’t meet the standard I expected for the rooms… they change the room after chatting with them but still not spectacular seeing that what I paid per night.

Having the pool access room on my first time in Phuket was really the most unforgettable part of my family trip. This was legit the expectation and reality really exist! My 6 years old daughter was so overwhelmed since we arrived and from the staff to facilities mostly to this pool access thingy everything was perfect and smooth. My family will definitely recommend this BURASARI Resorts Hotel! 'twas a wonderful and unique kind of theme that for sure your holiday will going to be extra special💜

Love this hotel… the mood room is superb, they give many things in the mini bar complimentary. Room very spacious. The staff very friendly. Near to patong beach. Will surely come back to this hotel. Value for money.

This is a nice clean hotel, with a good breakfast. Really close 2 minute from the beach and also walking distance from otop market en marlin plaza is 10 minutes walking. Great service and location, only a bit loud noises but that is patong.

Love everything about my stay in Burasari Phuket. We have been greeted and assisted by a friendly and helpful staff. Excellent in room amenities provided. Ironing facilities is available on request. Limited Halal certified food available. I can only eat different kind of eggs and bread, fruits and salad. Overall, the hotel provided high quality service from the day we came through our last day.

My stay at Burasari has been nothing but a pleasure. The hotel is located very nicely, it's only 2-3 minute walk away from the beach, it's right by convinience store, it has a lot of nice restaurants, bars and night markets nearby and it's just far away from the main party street to feel nice and relaxing. We loved the architecture of the hotel and how it had a lot of nature and flower trees near the pool - it made for a very serene and relaxing environment. The hotel's workers were extremely nice and accomodating, always smiling and greeting the guests. We only bought breakfasts at the hotel, but they were very tasty. The only downside was maybe that between the days there wasn't much variety, so the food could get a bit boring. The drinks at the pool bar were very tasty and reasonably priced (especially the Happy Hour deal). Overall, I recommend this hotel. It's great value for the price and we would choose it again for our next trip to Phuket.

The hotel is stunning and the food is excellent. Breakfast was perfect and a large selection of western and Asian dishes available. The room was perfect and amenities were plentiful. Most of the staff are quite friendly and helpful. Requests were fulfilled quickly. The location is nice, but it is not on the beach. The beach can be reached by walking down the street and crossing the road. Upon checkin, the staff at the front desk were not as friendly as I am used to in Thailand. The rest of the time, the staff were very friendly and always smiling. I will definitely return!
