The room was big but the cleaning was bad and the service was the worst even the chick in was not so good and the breakfast was so bad and crowded the swimming activity is the best thing you will find it and the kids club was good chick out was so crowded

This is not a 5-star hotel. It's a 3-star with a large territory. The room and balcony are fine. But the bath is just horrible. The shower hangs directly in the bath and is not adjustable. The cleaning in the room is very poor. For all 4 days since check-in, there was a dead bug on the sink, meaning they didn't even wipe it down. The towels are old and grey. The territory is large but neglected. The main pool is very big and excellent! The pool gets a 5! But again, the surroundings are not well-maintained, and the bar is not great. It's run-down. With the right amount of love, this could be an excellent hotel.

The hotel is definitely not new, but the territory is large. Have a big pool, play area for kids and squirrels jumping here and there in the palms. The shower must be maintained - the handle doesn’t work well and there are some old stains on the wall. The breakfast was nice, the variety of food is large. I would like to have a coffee from the coffee machine instead of pot. Very good option that you can take a shower in a guest bathroom if you leave the hotel a long after the check out.

Location is great! Next to the excitement but not overwhelming. Rooms are standard but the pools are next level with a swim up bar and waterfall.

Lovely hotel with a fabulous pool. Good breakfast options. Just felt the hotel was severely understaffed. Staff on the bar at the pool consistently would get orders wrong. Have a member or 2 of staff walking around the pool area taking orders and delivering food. At the price the place costs don’t expect orders to be consistently wrong and slow to come out. Having said that it is a nice hotel and short walk to the main area of town

The hotel is located about 5 minutes by foot to Patong beach, which makes it a good location. The property has a very large garden and green park area, making it very tranquil. The team was nice and the spa had good prices.

As the resort spans over a very large area, there was a free buggy that could be called to transport guests and their luggages to and fro their room and the main lobby area. Food variety was excellent, one of the best breakfast provided by a hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, with a balcony that could be used to sun and dry our clothes very quickly due to the baking tropical sun.

It was ok for a old 5 Star hotel

helpfull stuff and good amenities in heart of patong beach, good for family and their kids.. not great and luxury and also some of the rooms are older than others

Had very unforgettable journey with family in Phuket. nice location, just on the main road near Patong beach 5 mins away, bars around, 7-Eleven around. 20 mins walk to the shopping center, 5 mins to Malin plaza and 15 mins to Otop on foot. During the last 2 days of our stay we hit the Songkran festival, this gave us lots of fun. The room is bungalow style I specially booked for my little boy for better experience, large bed, light little bit dull, big bathroom but with plumbing problem with toilet everyday. Breakfast fairly good. Watch out Mosquito fight at night. Nice and big swimming pool, not so many people at that moment so we enjoyed a lot.

Great place. Near the chaos but still well silent and isolated

This place was amazing, the room the pool the staff the breakfast, all excellent. The only issue I had was the pool bar serve was slow.

A huge resort - nice room decent breakfast 🍳 could do with better buggy service- may give the guests their own buggy to get around - it’s a bit of a stomp to get to the entrance - feels a little dated but is good value. Good kids area the magical mushroom

The place is very beautiful as it is affordable. Very good and attentive service.
