the location is perfect. The swimming pool is tiny. no green area, just rooms and tiny swimming pools. kids above 4 years old need to pay for the room and for breakfast. the breakfast is pretty much the same everyday except one or 2 dishes. I wouldn't come back for sure.

A great place for family. Restaurant was also good, the rooms are really huge. Wish the service can be a bit faster overall but the kid had a lot of fun

The hotel was great! Love the water slides! Close the beach and have restaurants and massages close By

Everything is good just the room are without bathtub not as picture, my kids very disappointed with it

The entire service is good and staff friendly. Request for simple birthday decorations and they managed to surprise the birthday girl😁

Absolutely loved our 3 nights stay here. Very clean resort and close by to amenities. Highly recommended. 👏🏾 Only feedback will be the children’s pool had some sharp edges and actual rocks surrounding it. If a child hits on it while playing, it can be very dangerous. Something to look at :)

It is a wonderful resort... New and the environment is clean and fresh. The staffs there are so helpful and friendly. I will definitely go again 😄kids enjoy the water paly hahah

Hi great hotel

This trip was meant to be a relaxing holiday for the family however we have experienced problems with the lack of service been provided such as booking the hotel shuttle bus only to be accused by the driver insisting we had booked the return journey of the time which wasn’t even booked. Again the amenities were not provided fully having to call up to request day after day. The room was big enough to move around. We did not like the idea when we checked out the housekeeper told us the slippers in the room were for the next customer who will be checking in and I told the front desk this is rather unhygienic for washing it after many people have been wearing it. I have never experienced the housekeeper asking us to return the slippers. This is my first time as usually after wearing the hotel slippers being provided we normally throw it away. Overall it was average as I had high expectations

Location and water facilities was quite nice. It has good appearance which is nice entrance, decorations and easy to access Karon beach. But before booking, you need to consider that this resort is really eco-friendly. I don't know if the hotels and resorts in this area also have the same feature, there were various creatures in the room. ex, spiders, crickets, gecko lizards, mosquitoes. In fact, It didn't take long for me to realize that I really needed spiders and gecko lizards. On the first night, I had to catch around 30 mosquitoes to sleep safely and I didn't request make up room service the next day because I was worried more mosquitoes might come in. So, you shouldn't be surprised if there are spiders and spider webs. They're really necessary. The condition of the room was hardly what I would expect from a five-star resort, but the kind staff at the water park, who played well with the kids, were excellent. Lastly, you need to be mindful of reusing flip-flops.

Misleading and false claim of 5 star property. At max a 3 star with very poor service and cleanliness. Nothing available after 9 pm, i asked for a spoon and the receptionist told us we can buy it from outside market!!!! Only upside for kids is the slide in the pool, which again is made in really shallow area. Every adult we saw there got hurt atleast once on the slides! Be careful with kids as well!!! The room floor had wooden splinters all over and will cut your foot if barefeet! On a whole, if they would call it 3 star, expetstion will be what they offer!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, you will find pharmacy, seven eleven, local restaurants, massage etc just walk out the hotel. And the pool access room is very good that we enjoy the pool time so much. The cleanliness can be better.

Great location , next to the Karon beach. Many activities for kids , friendly helpful stuff
