The room is generally very clean, but there are different bugs that surround the room, but it is the problem of living near the nature. The staff responded fast and are very helpful. The WhatsApp group certainly speeds up communication. In general I’m satisfied and may visit this place again!

The staff of the hotel always look for opportunity to cheat money. Remember ask whether need to pay money beforehand. The hotel has no service at all and the breakfast is awful. However, the condition of the hotel is quite good.

The kitchen cabinets are old and dirty. Room cleaning service is below average. Full of water and hair near the sink the first day we checked in. Breakfast was served to the door every morning which is great, but staff always mixed-up the order. The pool is nice.

I decided to spend my birthday time with friends at this hotel, the price is not cheap and I have informed the front desk about these things. I understand the condition of being kind and respecting other guests by not making any noise. I never do that, we only speak and drink no music playing but the way the security of the hotel looked at us was disrespectful and impolite since we are all ladies over 35 years old not a girl who is under the control of her father. Keep reminding and checking many times when we did nothing wrong, disturbing our time and mental health. It is not the value of money and I would not go again for life.

Fantastic duplex villa with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. WhatsApp service was smooth, with easy arrangement for food, motorbikes and airport transfers. You can reach most main areas within 15 minutes by motorbike (Airport, Banana Beach, Bang Tao Beach) but Patong is about 45 minutes. The pool was great for relaxing or cooling off from the heat.

Overall a nice private retreat . Just need to be aware that if it rains at night , morning after when you wake up the pool will be flooded with bugs / beetles / insects . The whole balcony even the 1st floor living area even thou i closed the doors . Not exactly complaining because the place is high up and in a natural setting so yeah .Just be informed hahah.. Staff was very nice and friendly ! Do check out the cafe … food is good and a must try is lychee espresso 😋

Good getaway place to just chill and relax. Nothing much around the area so it’s a place to just Netflix, eat and chill. A nice place to just getaway from people to spend alone time with your family/partner

The location was lovely, a little remote gem in the mountains near(ish) Layan Beach. The staff was friendly and and helpful! The rooms were clean and spacious! A few things to note if you plan on staying here: 1. You will be a little ways from the beach and some of the shopping areas so make sure you factor that into your plans. 2. There is a 2,000 bht cash deposit upon arrival, so make sure you pick up some cash at the airport, the nearest ATM is a 30 min walk or 5 min taxi away. 3. Consider downloading Grab, it will make access to restaurants and taxis more manageable, but the staff at the resort will help you if technology isn’t a good friend. A couple things for the staff of AKRA: 1. We absolutely loved our stay, and you all made us feel very welcome! Thank you! 2. The wifi box in the bedroom has a green light that is really bright, a little piece of tape would be nice 😀

really nice hotel with a private view, things are clear, and staff are nice. we enjoy the time there.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Service was prompt and via WhatsApp so the communication could be done anywhere at anytime. Villa is tucked away up slope in a very secluded place. There was a menu to choose from for breakfast which is decent. A complimentary cake was given as well as we were celebrating a birthday which we appreciate. Just beware of mosquitos!

The restaurant close at 7pm, nothing around for food, but you can grab food, spacious room but loft design is kinda trouble to go up and down !

設施：很棒的酒店，設施很新，私人泳池超級棒 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：世外桃源 服務：這家應該並不能算是酒店，而是serviced villa，或者中國叫別墅民宿，所以服務內容相比酒店還是要差一點。但是漂浮早餐很棒！ 酒店位置很偏而且在山上，我們晚上自駕在漆黑 的山路上還是有點猶豫。但是進入到房間瞬間就眼前一亮了！私人泳池超級棒，複式的別墅度蜜月很適合。後悔衹訂了一晚，想在這裏連住一週再走。 酒店沒有早餐廳，衹有幾個套餐自己選擇，早上會送到房間裏。我們選了漂浮早餐，需要額外990銖。 另外要注意酒店按金衹支持現金，需要2000泰銖。酒店房間的玻璃杯很脆弱，我們倒熱水進去就自己爆裂了，酒店還為此要求我們賠償了100銖，算是一個不合理的地方。
