The hotel wrote that we would check in at 2 o'clock, but we didn't vacate the room until after 3 o'clock. The soundproofing was not good, and we could hear snoring from other rooms. I guess it was because the room was so tight and the hygiene was very poor. We started to urge check out at 11 o'clock the next day, and we were urged to check out every ten minutes on average. The good reviews must have been faked, and there were a lot of 🦟. I asked for a mosquito coil but got a broken one. It was really terrible.

Good hotel. To recommend! . Great breakfast. Very good location. Pool is amazing. Rooms are nothing special. During our short stay, two failures in the room (light and sink). Air conditioning, I have the impression, works on one setting despite changes on the remote control. Service at the reception is definitely the weakest point of the hotel.

Had booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 1 kid per room. When we reached, they said we only booked for 2 adults and need to top up for both kids. When shown the booking on Trip.com, they said the agency that booked with them didn't inform them. Got stuck at the lobby for 30mins. No sincere customer service. To them, no money no talk... Horrible service driven only by dollar sign. In the end, i topped up and Trip.com agreed to cover half of the cost. Luckily, the room is nice with access to the pool. Walking distance to many places. Avoid if you're looking for hotel with sincere service.

We stayed here because we couldn't refund the order due to an error. The experience was terrible. It was clearly stated in advance that it was a high floor, but it turned out to be the first floor. It was old, dark and damp. The furniture and facilities were similar to those in China in the 1990s. There was no place to charge the battery except for the centralized power controller at the head of the bed. When we checked out, we found that the conditions in another building seemed to be much better, but they were all non-Chinese guests. Suddenly, I found someone in the comment section saying that this hotel is not very friendly to Chinese people and the room rate is not low. It is hard to understand why such a cost-effective hotel has such a high score online.
