Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort

房間很多蜱蟲，衞生條件堪憂，早餐很糟糕，最重要的是，餐廳服務態度很惡劣，去餐廳吃飯，一個半小時都沒有上菜，尤其這兩個服務員，對顧客態度極差。

The resort has nice amenities and for a resort that has been open for 20 years, well maintained. Rain, Apple, the restaurant manager are just a few of the exceptional staff. They even have a placard that says that “our comfort is their priority… call to request a different pillow… etc.” However, if you care about service consistency, there is a lot to be desired for your hard earned time and money. Poohpae, the Guest Service Agent, was the first to greet us and immediately gave me the feeling that she worked here for more than 5 years (in a bad way). She didn’t address us with any smile or any warmth. We bought a 4 day Wellness Package and it is somewhat confusing what and when things occur and also what things should be pre-booked etc. she was completely unhelpful when it came to answering those questions. Luckily for her Apple was there to save the day. This alone does not constitute a bad review, only just what happened tonight did. I called the front desk in the evening to request for a different pillow. I request a latex pillow if they had any. Poohpae asks me if I want a long pillow. I said latex. She says only long or the same pillow. I said are you sure? She tells me that they only have the same pillow. So now I’m thinking.. did I read the placard incorrectly? So I take her word for it and tell her no thanks. Only then I walk up to the placard and I read “different pillow”. So I call her back and tell her there are other pillows. She then tells me that she can’t give me other pillows because housekeeping is off work and she cannot enter the room to get the pillows.,I’m not even going to continue all her excuses and inappropriate behaviour in this review. Just know that there was enough for me to write one. Still got one night to go. I’ll keep updating to let you all know how they handle things from here on out.

We visited the resort and participated in the wellness retreat. It was an incredible experience, with the entire staff being incredibly friendly and welcoming. The resort itself was a breathtaking sight, surrounded by nature’s beauty. It was the perfect place to escape and unwind, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

I left the Mangosteen 7 days experience for last in my Thai/Cambodia trip. And it was the best decision... after visiting so many places, tasting the miraculous Thai and Cambodian life as tourist, I had a wonderful week to wrap up my soul and mind for coming back to regular life in Europe. Starting from the airport to hotel 50 min transfer to the check-in experience, accomodation, treatments, food, environment, extremely positive and smiling people, facility setup, check-out experience and transfer back to the airport, all was for me a perfect experience. Only-adult site gives you a break from the children world and allow guests to connect between them and with the local team without any domestic disturbance. It is the right place to detox your body and mind, to have YOUR time, to slow down and feel your inner world. Highly recommended for anyone that needs to clear one's mind and to recharge.

This was a beautiful setting. Individual resort huts or casitas. The architecture and design details were top notch. The resort was so nice I didn't really want to go anywhere else. The staff was amazing. The food was fresh and served hot. The pool is amazing. Great view. I think this is more expensive than other choices, but there is real value here, and i will definitely be back.

We had a fabulous stay at Mangosteen Resort. Thank you so much to the whole team, who made our stay really special. We came needing deep relaxation and to restore our minds, bodies and spirits and left feeling deeply reolaxed, refreshed and revitalised. Dr. Naveen and his team in the Ayurvedic Spa really looked after us. The therapists were excellent and it was wonderful to experience traditional Ayurveda in Thailand. The food was delicious, colourful, clean and healthy. I particularly loved the Ayurvedic Thai fusion. The whole team at Mangosteen were warm, friendly and professional, nothing was too much and they were always on hand to support and make our stay pleasant. The resort is beautiful, centred around a large swimming pool with bridges and Frangipani trees and a wonderful place to enjoy a reset which is what we did. We loved our stay, we were looked after so beautifully and it was just the tonic that we needed. Thank you to everyone at Mangosteen for such a super holiday.
