Due to an illness of my girlfriend it was not possible to travel. Therefor we tried to get a cancellation of the hotel reservation. Trip.Com tried many times to cancel, the hotel always refused. According to their feedback to Trip.Com the cancellation was not included, so they refused it always and kept the complete prepaid money. I also tried to reach the hotel by email, but never get any feedback.
This management of the hotel is a disaster and it is not recommended to choose it.
I´m totally disappointed about the behavior from this hotel.
