The place is good. But, the cleaning staff needs some training. They kept speaking loudly among themselves ignoring the sign on the door which says do not disturb. The staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming.

I recently stayed at Impiana Resort Phuket and had a fantastic experience. The resort is ideally located right on Patong Beach, offering a perfect balance between tranquility and access to the lively local scene. The beach-facing rooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning ocean views that made for a great way to start and end each day.

This trip was extremely disappointing. The facilities were outdated and in disrepair. The showerhead was not only rusted but also leaking. At night, there were mosquitoes in the room, and the staff used insecticide spray to address the issue. This level of service was only obtained with the assistance of Ctrip staff, as numerous calls to the front desk and customer service went unanswered. Additionally, everyday after cleaning, the staff failed to lock the door properly, leaving it unsecured and unsafe. The hotel’s primary guests currently seem to be from India. Each morning, these guests moved around the restaurant incessantly and even entered the kitchen, directing the chefs, which was highly unsanitary. The location is good. The few hotels with beachfront access(without crossing roads), located in the Patong area(dont need to get a car out) and have really nice view(if you book the correct rooms) and bathtub. Considered one of the older hotel in this area hence the room size is bigger. The service is great as well, quite prompt and aren’t pushy about checkouts too. Love the vibes and location will definitely come back again

Good points: Good location. Convenient for the shops/bar street. Staff is friendly. Seating at the pool directly connected to the Patong beach. The beach area connected to the hotel is quieter then other parts of the beach. Room is big. Breakfast seating is nice overlooking the beach. Bad points: little noisy at night time but to be expected as quite close to the bar street but not terrible that I can't sleep. The room is old. The room doesn't feel clean and its a little dusty. Bathroom area seems like they didn't clean it. The bed sheets seem super old and have a rip in it. Maybe they need to upgrade on this part.

A very good location near batong beach and all the bars/ restaurants/ cafes area , the hotel itself is simple , cabin like rooms , can be for couples or normal group of friends
