Very near to airport, with a water park inside. Quite peaceful place however need to use the buggy if your hotel unit is far from the lobby. Breakfast: average but can be better with variety. Splash waterpark: was okay but kept playing same songs. The location is quite far from the main attractions and night markets, so it depends on what you looking for.

The service is good,suitable for families with children,the food there is normal,hope can improve!

Front desk: first we checked in everything was great but hotter around area at the Lobby. Concierge: was helpful, bit if bellboy are nasty not good of service mine.( shall improve by FO) F&B: breakfast was cool shall have a machine for a coffee (5star hotel) Splash water park: was OK but not excellent Location: it there quite a pretty good located easy to walk out right front of the hotel and fine something to eat and buy some cheaper from local grocery local food,there is plenty of restaurants too. (Inside around the hotel it pretty Huge so need a buggy car lol) Overall it's ok worth of money what I spend it for. It's a gem when we checked out!! Deffo! GSA

Checked in for a really quick stay, meeting a friend from the airport. Highlights: - Beautiful villa - Friendly staff - Location right on the beach, with restaurants, massage, convenience store & pharmacy all within easy reach of the hotel entrance - Close to the airport - Entrance to waterpark included - Buggies made getting around the property really easy Could be improved: - Had real trouble with the locks on our patio doors not easily locking/unlocking - Room photos showed a bath, but when we arrived there were 2 showers & no bath in our villa Overall: A lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff in a good location. I’d stay here again. ☺️

Beautiful resort, the residences are the best options for family. They are more modern. Breakfast is chaotic in the morning if you don't go early. Staff at the front desk is very nice, and the restaurant.

I really liked it, the kids played in the water park all day, it's one of the places to visit

The resort is getting a little rundown but it is still pretty clean. Services are great and the water park is wonderful for kids.

Refrigerator was not working properly and there was bad smell from one of the toilet

Every kid was enjoying which makes parents happy. This place definitely gave us good memory. Definitely recommend this resort to travelers come with children. The beach is almost like exclusive to the resort guests. Airplane taking off view from the resort is amazing. The thing is need to deal with lots of Russians around.

It was a very pleasant trip, the 3 bedroom apartment we stayed was very clean and nice. The highlight was the water park, my son was there the whole day. The sunset view at the beach was nice.

Super close to the airport which was convenient after a late flight. Buggy service was quick and useful. Easy access to the beach. Although the breakfast and pools were crowded, the beach was not. Bonus: you can hear the planes takeoff and see them land from the beach. The spa was excellent!

Firstly, they served delicious cuisines that you simply have to try. I mean for me, all the meals I had there was perfect. Dinner - Asian Buffet Breakfast - Breakfast Buffet Lunch - ala-carte at Beach Restaurant Bad thing: Splash Jungle Waterpark needs EXTENSIVE maintenance. If you planning to ride on those “giant” slide, I recommend you not! It causes my back to be itchy and is this acceptable? When was the last you guy sanitise the tube? Is it still up to the standard set and how will you ensure the ridding the tube will not cause any repercussion to its user?

We were staying at the hotel as a family, parents with a 9 year old child. We were looking for a hotel with a quiet beach and with a family room with 2 bedrooms. It was Splash Beach hotel that we found: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony, living room. The room is clean and comfortable. The beach is gorgeous, there are practically no people, but in February there are a lot of jellyfish and biting plankton appear. You can protect yourself from plankton with coconut oil and apply it before swimming in the sea. The planes land and take off beautifully. You can't hear the planes in the room. The pools are cleaned daily, which is also very important to me. Breakfast is varied. Lunch and dinner are cheaper and tastier outside the hotel. My husband arrived earlier than me and was placed in a different type of room. The next day I insisted on a change. Unfortunately, this hotel has problems with accommodations.
