Ulasan Bauman Casa Hotel Phuket

Lokasi hotel berada persis di seberang jalan dari pantai. Ada banyak toko dan restoran di dekat hotel. Kamar cukup besar untuk 2 orang. Sarapannya sama setiap hari dan air kolam renang perlu diganti.

Bintik hitam, hati-hati semuanya. Pengenalan Ctrip sebelumnya tentang kolam renang adalah salah. Saya memesan kamar deluxe, kurang dari 10 meter persegi, dan "ruang lift" sangat berisik! Kuncinya...sangat diskriminatif terhadap hotel Cina. Saya check in ke hotel jam 6 sore dan istirahat sampai jam 8 malam. Ada ketukan menakutkan di pintu. Setelah membuka pintu, seorang pria Thailand bertanya apakah saya ingin mendapatkan paspor saya 'tidak mengatakan apa-apa. Lalu aku mengikutinya ke meja depan, dan meja depan memakai Gadis berbaju merah muda itu memiliki sikap yang sangat buruk. Jika orang Thailand ingin menambah uang, mereka akan menipu Anda terlebih dahulu tentang paspor Anda. sangat buruk. Kemudian, saya bernegosiasi dengan Ctrip untuk membatalkan langganan saya, tetapi toko tersebut menolak. Toko hitam, semua orang harus berhati-hati. Setelah memaksa, layanan pelanggan Ctrip mengatakan saya harus meninggalkan toko dulu. Saya hanya membuat reservasi untuk hotel terdekat lainnya di tengah malam. Tidak ada cara untuk mendapatkan taksi dari lokasi hotel ini. Saya kesana selama 7 hari dan menginap di 4 hotel yang semuanya bagus. Tempat ini sangat menakutkan

It was the worst four nights. 1. There is no room cleaning at all. Upon arrival, hair is everywhere, not cleaned. While we lived, only made the bed. The floors are dirty. 2. only bathed in slippers in the shower, it was terribly unpleasant. 3. The air conditioner wouldn't let you sleep, the rattling, the sounds are such that you want to turn it off. But you can't, you'll suffocate. 4. View of the landfill. You open the balcony and it's just a dump. 5. Bed linen is stained all the time. 6. There is a swimming pool on the top floor, where Russians arrange their joint parties in the evenings. 7. The hotel is from Pegas, only Russians are mostly in the hotel. 8. One plus is that the girls at the reception are very responsive.

Staying there for the 4th time. Great helpful staff, very nicely located, Karon beach is very long and you don’t feel crowded, a swimming pool on the roof, rooms are nice, modern and clean. Very good experience, will be happy to stay there again.

On the photo it was cool. But in reality… I booked deluxe room and was counting on comfort and clean apartment. Firstly, on the reception we got keys and went to the room. It was dark and a little bit smelled damp in the building. When we entered the room, we were shocked: the view from the room was on the wall, old furniture and bathroom, dark room. Was it deluxe? Let me think… My husband at this moment came to change this room on another apartment and the woman on the reception told they’re full. After some time she did it under the pressure of polite requests. The new room was lighter with a nice view, better amenities. But still…. it needed renovation. Breakfasts were stupid spent of money..

Hotel is next to Karon beach and close enough to the lively area if you want it but far enough away so no noise or issues. Hotel is clean middle of the road hotel 3⭐️

A modest and average hotel, newly renovated rooms, but you can find better deals for the same price in the neighborhood if you’re quick and lucky enough during the high season. 50 meters from the beachfront, a convenient store , massage and laundry just downstairs.

Great location just next to the beach. This beach is nice to enjoy as it's not blocked by buildings in front. The hotel is a bit old, but very convenient and satisfied for the price. There is a good self service laundrymat and massage near by.

The location is great, opposite the beach, room was neat, clean and tidy, shower was superb, breakfast was ok, but mostly cold food. There are 3 pools to choose from, in general a nice hotel, but a little expensive.

Great location on front

Well - this is a lot of hotel in a great location on Karon Beach - everything you need from food, to masssage, to money exchange, restaurants, food market, motorcycle hire, travel agent - it is all within 100 meters. Not to mention ... A STUNNING BEACH !

The room isn't exactly how it's on the photos, food is disgusting, too much noisy every time, I was surprised once I saw the room, I didn't see anybody who cleaned the pool, poor place but I love how Thai people kind and trying to be helpful
