Hotel is a bit old. The drain in shower is bad, clogging every time. Bed sheet was little ripped. No desk for the chair high enough to fit. Big Rust on outside table. But! The price is very cheap and overall territory of hotel was very nice.

Lovely place! There is a swimming pool which is open until the evening. To the sea you have to walk 15 minutes

The room was clean, the staff were helpful. Internet is quite weak in the area, I used my sim card data and the room wifi. It’s very close to the bar up front but you don’t hear the noise that much when inside the room. The WIFI is strongest close to the bar.

This is not a hotel, but just a kennel. You come and sit behind curtains. If you open them, you are in full view of passing guests. The linen has holes, there is no cleaning at all. We lived here for 9 days, they never cleaned, the towels do not absorb water at all, it was good that we had our own. We met cockroaches in the room 4 times. Now about the pluses. The hotel apparently changed owners. The young family is very nice. There are two pool tables and one tennis table. The bar was transformed every day for the better. I hope they will clean up the rooms too. Good luck.

It's OK. The outside of the room is prettier than the inside, but it doesn't feel like a serious place. . . .

Near Ao Chalong, located next to Rawai Beach, easy and convenient to travel anywhere.

The hotel smells musty and there is no cleaning lady. The hotel is very old.

Inside the room is clean, there is drinking water available as well, the bathroom is clean, mini village like it, lovely accommodation.

House and Caff (Bar) Resort is located on a reasonably busy dual carriageway, ten minute’s walk to Rawai Beach. Jack Bar is located at the front of the premises where you then walk through, past a small entertainment area, a swimming pool and then on through to the cabins. The cabins are bright and airy, a reasonable size for two people and spotlessly clean. The double bed is very comfortable for a good nights sleep, there is a small cupboard (with hair dryer inside), a bar fridge, chill out chair and small, wall mounted TV. The bathroom is typical Thai wet bathroom, the shower pressure and temperature controller worked fine and drainage of water was good. AC in the room looked relatively new, operating quietly and efficiently. With the premises also operating a bar out front you would think it may get noisy in the evening but no noise could be heard. If staying here I would recommend hiring a car or bike as apart from Rawai Beach there is not much else in the area within easy walking distance. For decent restaurants or cafes you need to head to Rawai Beach as there are none nearby, only Thai street food type places. There are however numerous bars within easy walking distance. There is a Super Cheap Mart just down the road (cash or scan only, no card) and a 711 just a little further down. Staff at House and Caff were friendly enough and they seem to attract a fair few French guests, perhaps due to the owner being French. I would have liked to have given them a higher score but there were a few short comings in my opinion that need addressed. Firstly, the WIFI, the signal is very hit and miss which is very frustrating. There is no tea/coffee making amenities available in the room, no kettle and hence no tea/coffee provided. I enjoy two or three cups in the morning and had to buy from the bar each morning at a cost of fifty baht. There is no table and chair in the room to set up a lap top, also frustrating if you have a lot of PC work to do. Over all I enjoyed my stay and can recommend House and Caff for a relaxing stay.
