Lokasi, kamarnya bagus. Tapi furnitur, handuk, dll sudah tua. Kolam renangnya bagus tapi tutup sangat awal.

Itu Bagus. Stafnya ramah. Mereka seharusnya membantu kami membawa barang bawaan kami ke kamar.

Hotel yang sangat mendasar, kolamnya rusak, dan sangat bising sepanjang waktu karena Anda mendengar orang menutup pintu

Kamarnya sangat bagus! Luas dan bersih dengan tempat tidur nyaman yang besar. Kamar mandinya juga bagus. Tapi saya pasti tidak akan memesan sarapan!! Tidak banyak yang bisa dipilih.. 3/4 makanan hangat, semangka, roti (&hanya selai untuk dipakai) Benar-benar mengecewakan, tidak sepadan dengan uang yang dikeluarkan. Ada banyak kafe yang bagus di luar. Kolam renang terlihat bagus di gambar tetapi tidak di kehidupan nyata. Kecil, tidak begitu bersih & hanya 4 kursi. Setidaknya lokasinya di pusat 😊

Secara keseluruhan saya akan mengatakan bahwa ini adalah hotel standar yang "Bagus". Dekat dengan Kota Tua dan kamarnya sangat luas. Foto kolam renangnya terlihat sangat besar tetapi tidak besar sama sekali dengan hanya 4 kursi berjemur.

Not a bad choice but a lot can be improved. I asked for an early check in but the staff said “no” with a reason “fully booked” but I saw only a handful of guests. They put a few sheets of tissue in the box (too stingy?) and when they ran out, we asked for replacement but had to wait for the next day. We didn’t try the pool, so no comment. The room was ok but the wi-fi was terrible- it kept logging out and very very slow.

The aircon leaked water during midnight of my stay. The technician came next day and fixed it. In the morning and night, The door of other rooms was slammed loudly by abusive guests and heard loud noises. The bed frame quality is not that good.

Very good hotel! Only one inconvenience that internet connection is not stable.

We traveled as a big family and have multiple bookings during Songkran. And two of our rooms got downgraded without informing us. I realized on the last day of our stay and then I went up to the front desk to ask for the reason and they said the deluxe room was full so they moved us to superior room, which is smaller without compensate the differences of the amount we paid. I asked them to pay back the difference amount, the staff said they need to wait for the manager first and they asked for my phone number and would contact me back. And it’s been almost two months I still not received any calls from them. This is unethical, how could you do this without informing the guests and not even take a proper response. I would not stay here again. ช่วงสงกรานต์ไปพักที่นี่กับครอบครัวจองไปหลายห้องมากๆ แล้วคืนสุดท้ายก็มารู้ว่าสองห้องถูกลดระดับไปกลายเป็นห้องที่เล็กกว่าโดยไม่บอกอะไรไม่แจ้งอะไรเลย พอไปถามที่รีเซฟชั่น เค้าก็บอกว่าลดขนาดห้องเพราะว่าห้องใหญ่เต็มไปหมด แต่งงมากทำไมไม่แจ้งเลย แล้วรับจองทำไมทั้งทั้งที่เต็มแล้ว แล้วเราก็ถามว่าส่วนต่างเท่าไหร่งั้นจ่ายให้ได้ไหม เค้าก็ขอเบอร์โทรเราไว้บอกว่าเดี๋ยวต้องถามเมเนเจอร์ก่อนแล้วโทรกลับ แต่ผ่านไปจะสองเดือนแล้ว ยังไม่มีสักสายมาจากโรงแรมวาปาแห่งนี้ค่ะ เราเสียความรู้สึกมากคุณไม่รับผิดชอบจนถึงที่สุดเลยคุณนึกอยากจะลดขนาดห้องคุณก็ลดโดยไม่บอกอะไรบอกจะติดต่อมาเรื่องคืนเงินแต่นี่ไม่ติดต่ออะไรมาเลยคือถ้าคืนไม่ได้อย่างน้อยก็โทรมาหน่อยก็ได้ บริการที่ไม่จริงใจเท่าไหร่เลย ไม่อยากไปพักอีกแล้ว ขอบคุณสำหรับประสบการณ์

Great sized room with a reasonable price! Good location next to the old town of Phuket. Had no issues with the hotel except the breakfast could be a little better. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay at VAPA!

Should have picked this hotel for my entire stay in Phuket Town, but found it right before leaving. Extremely close to Sunday night market and old town landmarks. Lots of live entertainment and clubs in an upscale walking distance. Try " Little Phuket Restaurant" right down the street for indoor/AC with good food that's reasonably priced!

Exceptional 5-day stay at Vapa Hotel! Despite being a bit far from Patong beach and no washing machine, the hotel's superb service and amenities more than made up for the distance . The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, cleaning my room diligently every day. I highly recommend Vapa Hotel and would gladly award them a stellar 4.5-star rating for their outstanding service and attention to detail."
