ruangan yang bagus Restoran amplop merah terlalu mahal. . Makan untuk satu orang lebih mahal daripada sewa, dan rasio harga/kinerja agak rendah

Semuanya sempurna. Hotel ini bersih dan baru. Sarapan memiliki begitu banyak pilihan dan makanannya enak. Toilet umum tidak disiram untuk 2 kamar. Lokasi sangat bagus. Staf yang baik. Akan kembali lagi

If I could rate this hotel I would. They provided very good service throughout. The stuff is very helpful!! I got food allergy from some street food I ate and the hotel staff were very helpful and responded very quickly to me. They rushed me to the hospital and made sure I was taken care of. I didn’t feel too alone after that. I’m very grateful:) The food at the hotel is great,very quiet environment. Also very near old Phuket town. It’s a bit far from most of the beaches tho about 40 minutes in a cab. But besides all that highly recommend this hotel:)

Overall quite ok. Just that location need to get some car rental or grab in order to go to others place. Walking distance to Nakka market.

They STEAL my stuff! I am utterly appalled by my recent experience at Ramada Chao Fah. After checking out, I realized I had left my expensive Dior face cleanser in the room. Not only did the hotel fail to notify us of the forgotten item, but they also displayed a shocking lack of concern when we reached out. We had to tirelessly chase them for three days, constantly calling without any initiative from their side to resolve the issue. Their final response? They couldn’t find it. This isn’t just poor service; it feels like outright theft, especially given that the cleanser’s value was double the cost of the room. This kind of negligence and disregard is unacceptable, and I am incredibly disappointed with how we were treated. ผิดหวังมากๆ ค่ะ โดนขโมยของ ไม่มีการแจ้งหรือพยายามติดต่อกลับ เราต้องโทรตามไปกลับอยู่สามวัน สุดท้ายบอกหาไม่เจอ ไม่แสดงความรับผิดชอบ หาคำตอบไม่ได้ ของที่เอาไป มูลค่ามากกว่าค่าห้องด้วยซ้ำ ไร้มาตรฐานที่สุด

Pleasant stay. Nice location. 7 minutes to Central, within 10 minutes to Phuket old town. Convenient and comfortable.

This hotel is quite new. The room is ok. However, there was an issue with the water system in the shower. There’s no hot water on the second night of my stay. And the shower head wasn’t work well.

Quite new hotel. Price was attractive during low season. Got nice spa.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast was was ok but a bit lacklustre and seemed to be more catered towards Asian customers. The hotel is very beautiful though a bit of a distance to Phuket town (but close to central). The gym itself was reasonably good however gym sweat towels were not consistently replaced; my friend and I used the only two remaining in the towel box on our first day and they were not replaced in the three subsequent days we used the gym despite me calling reception to replace them.

Not bad but the location always gets traffic jams around it and it’s kinda hard to get taxis to come
