Lokasinya jauh dari atraksi utama jalan bangla. hotel ini memiliki pencahayaan yang membosankan dan suasana serta layanan dari staf yang terlihat murah pancurannya lambat mengingatkan Anda pada hotel murah Sarapannya enak Ramada memiliki salah satu tempat tidur nyaman terbaik akan melewatkan hotel ini untuk selanjutnya

Sangat kotor. Kami harus mengganti 3 kamar karena kotor sekali. Saya sangat terkejut bahwa hotel yang harganya hampir 5.000 baht untuk 1 malam memiliki bantal, handuk, selimut, dll yang sangat kotor. Stafnya sangat baik dan ramah. Kami harus berjuang agar mereka mengubah segalanya tetapi mereka mengatakan bahwa hotel Ramada hanya memiliki bantal, handuk, dan lain-lain yang kotor. Jika kami tidak suka, saya dapat meminta agen perjalanan untuk melakukan pengembalian dana dan membatalkan pemesanan. Trip.com tidak mendukung situasi ini, mereka tidak membantu. Saya sudah menelepon berkali-kali dan mereka mengatakan bahwa pemesanan ini tidak dapat dikembalikan dan tidak masalah jika ada yang sangat kotor seperti di tempat sampah. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan jalan bangla sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki. Dan tidak banyak orang dan cukup sepi. Pada hari kedua mereka membuatkan angsa untuk kami. Ini semacam permintaan maaf atas izin yang buruk.

Had good stay with my family . Rooms are clean and spacious . Staffs are friendly and helpful . Nearby many restaurants are available

I had a nice stay here. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the beach, but the clean and comfortable rooms made up for it. The breakfast was good. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

Overall was fine. But check in experience was bit hassle. The staff could have done better.

Place was at prime location . Rooms were clean and amenities was good. Buffet breakfast was limited with vegetarian varieties. When asked for veg fried rice for kids it was not provided, so need to look for other location to eat.

It was really a perfect holiday resort whether it is location or amenities . Staff was really good and I recommend everyone to try this resort with their eyes closed .Everything was perfect about this resort .

Kids area toys very less and food options can be better in lunch and dinner

Great hotel beach really close to the hotel but not beach front, really clean and nice people working there Close to all facilities and nice Area to have fun No bad point All the team were willing to help, friendly with the kids Do not hesitate the price was kind of expensive due to high season

Room is big, clean & comfortable. Location is far from the beach. Convenient shop is near.

Very friendly staffs! Location is great! We always stay around this area cos its not that crowded. There is 7-11 nearby and lotz of street foods at late night time. You might wanna prepare your own slippers cos we did not get one. And the swimming pool was not as big as we saw in the pictures. Still had a great time as usual.

They are not providing basic things in room like mostirisus and dental kit and saving kit And they are charing for everything.
