The complex is very good. Beautiful, lots of greenery, palm trees... the territory is well looked after. They wash, pollinate, trim. 6 swimming pools (one on the roof). Clean. The sea is nearby. Along a straight path of 300-350 meters. The entrance to the sea is gentle, waves are rare. Products (meat, fish. Poultry, shrimp, vegetables, fruits and ready meals) can be bought at the market (walking distance) and in small shops nearby. For wild entertainment, you need to go by bus or taxi. Booked at the title for 23 days Apartment nice and clean and tidy bit dated .no kettle,no toaster, had to ask when linen and towels and bedding would be changed told every seven days arranged for the above to be done no one arrived told they had sent the staff to o the wrong apartment so turned up a day later Be aware if you want the bedding or towels etc changed more frequently you have to pay 300baht . The property is advertised and it says 5 pools 4 pools for everyone .and a small roof pool for adults only .don't be fooled by this people turned up with small children .upon enquiring why they were allowed at the adult only pool we were told they could come accompanied by an adult The sign at the pool states no one under 15 years of age allowed to use the pool total contradiction also false advertising be aware .also the property is mainly Russian people who generally do not mix. there is parking at the property .the walk to the beach is through a lane between the slate resort and the Naiyang beach resort be aware this is used by the locals and tourists alike as a short cut on motorbikes It is quite dangerous day and night as some do not slow down if you have small children be aware of this .for the cost the property is good value and quite near the beach .

Very crowded property - lots of children and families. Clean and safe but units are quite small. Don’t expect to cook your dinners in your unit because there are no real grocery stores where you can purchase meat, fish and vegetables. We bought enough cereal and fruit so we could have breakfast and that was it.

We were very pleased and lived here for a whole month. It was important for us to rent an apartment with a kitchen and for the complex to have swimming pools. We have 3 children and we were happy that we stayed at this place. Quiet, calm, 5 pools to choose from and a 6th on the roof. If we didn’t go to the sea, we swam in the Title condo. The pools are clean. We lived in building C, there was no smell of mold or dampness, everything was clean and fresh. It's 7 minutes to the sea, you need to walk along the sidewalk, there are bikes there. We managed and it didn’t bother us. Nai Yang Beach is suitable for children because it is flat and there are many trees, you can hide in the shade from the sun. We didn't even rent sun loungers, there was so much space under the trees. There are many shops and cafes in the surrounding area. To get to the entertainment you need to go to the center of the island by taxi, we called through the app, we didn’t rent a car. There is a night market, a 30-minute walk from Title, we went there to buy shrimp and fruit. There are many shops in the surrounding area where you can buy fresh fruit, we ate a lot of them. I recommend this complex to families with children, you will not regret it. He's very cool. Some pools have shade from trees and sun, and there is a toilet next to each pool. Nice apartments with 3 shallow, well kept pools. Bit of building work close by, nothing to get upset about, be finished soon. Predominantly Russian guests, but English widely spoken. Very close to the beach, with a huge selection of restaurants and bars, you can dine on the beach. Ten minute drive from airport, but no aircraft noise.

This place is the last place you want to stay for a Thailand holiday, it has construction work going on from 7.30am till 8.00pm at night and it’s loud, there is no way you can lie out beside any pool without hearing it - and no agent is going to tell you this AVOID AVOID AVOID, I would add photos but no photos are going to let you hear the noise, it’s less than 80 foot away !!

Very beautiful apartment, well maintained, very respectful and caring staff. Ideal location because there are quite a few restaurants nearby. Several swimming pools always well maintained, play area for the little ones and a restaurant for romantic meals.

Excellent stay in this very well located apartment, a few minutes from the airport and about ten minutes walk from the beautiful Naiyang beach. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, functional and very well equipped, in a quiet and very well maintained residence.
