Pelayanannya sangat buruk. Pada hari check-out, pukul 12 siang, pelayan mengetuk pintu berulang kali untuk mendesak kami. Pelayanannya sangat tidak ramah dan kasar.

Rekan senegara Tiongkok yang ingin memesan kamar sebaiknya tidak memesan terlebih dahulu. Saya baru saja check-in sehari sebelum kemarin. Awalnya saya memesan untuk menginap dua malam, dua kamar, dan mengurus anak. Sepuluh menit setelah anak itu masuk kamar, kepalanya membentur kaki tempat tidur. Alasannya adalah lantai tidak kering, dan sandal serta lantainya sangat licin. Saya segera menghubungi resepsionis untuk meminta bantuan. Setelah berbagai alasan, wanita di resepsionis yang bisa berbahasa Mandarin sedikit meminta kamar bersama, mengambil berbagai foto kepala anak yang berdarah dan titik benturannya, dan akhirnya membuka kotak P3K. Tidak ada plester atau alkohol. Saya bertanya apakah Anda memiliki ruang medis? Tidak! Saya memeriksa semua klinik dan apotek terdekat di navigasi Family Mart. Keluarga itu begadang semalaman untuk merawat anak itu dan meninggalkan hotel pukul 7 keesokan harinya. Saya bergegas ke Apotek Patong. Airnya sangat buruk sehingga menjadi hitam pekat setelah mandi sekali karena filternya, dan harus diganti setiap kali. Butuh waktu lebih dari 30 menit untuk layanan kamar, pengambilan kereta dorong bayi, dan permintaan handuk tambahan. Air tidak mengalir dari saluran pembuangan, dan furnitur kayu di kamar belum selesai, jadi banyak goresan di kaki. Lokasinya kurang cocok untuk liburan keluarga atau rombongan, jadi butuh waktu satu jam untuk sampai ke Patong. Saya tidak akan pernah kembali lagi.

Room is clean, staffs are friendly. However the location to town is quite far and nearby does not have many food options. But overall is pleasant and happy stay for chill days.

Although the building of the hotel itself is considerably nice and new, the service really needs improvement. Almost all staffs were distant and did not give out a five star hotel kind of services. Birthday arrangement was honored, thank you to the team. The pool was very nice and the activities were varied. Please retrain the staffs to reach the quality of a 5-star hotel

Very very nice hotel. Near beach. Three swimming pool. Free car parking. But location is not very well. I enjoy four nice nights here.

Fantastic stay. Kids club was amazing, breakfast pad thai was great, enjoyed our time at the pool and the ocean ktichen served one of the nicest italian food. Room and bed is also very big. We enjoyed ourselvew!
