Our stay here was great. The facilities were top notch and the staff was very welcoming, helpful and hardworking. The location is good too. Everything in Phuket seems far away because of the traffic but the beach was in walking distance from the hotel which was great. The only thing we suggest is telling the customer upon checking that if the deposit is done by card the money would be returned in about two weeks, we recommend paying the deposit/guarantee in cash. Other than that everything is great. We had a great stay at Avista Grande. We will definitely stay there again!

Had an amazing experience in this hotel. The staff was incredible helpful, rooms was clean and comfortable. Booked the sea view room with pool access 👍🏻 Amenities were fantastic and food was delicious. Definitely stay here again

Very good experience to stay here. Room is good condition and service is more than expected. Their breakfast is very good. And one more highlight is their kids zone and swimming pool.

The villas were very nice and roomy. Everything needed was provided. The service was great as everyone was welcoming and kind. The resort is located very close to the beach. I will come again!

Location is not very convenient if you wanna go to downtown Phuket. Service could be more welcoming. Breakfast was overall nice but the last day we found the chicken was not well cooked and still red inside. They simply apologized but we saw nothing further was done.

Generally this hotel is good within the Karon beach circle, as there are not many good hotels there. The service was okay but probably not to the 5 star level. The premise is pretty aged and not maintained properly which causing this hotel not feeling to be 5 star hotel.

Good location and the staff are nice. Special thanks to the manager Matt who made us felt very welcome.

The rooms, corridors, and elevators are full of musty smells, there are many mosquitoes, the balcony sofa is dirty, there are few options for breakfast, the waiters lack enthusiasm, and the whole experience is terrible.

We booked 5 rooms and we very much enjoyed our 4-night stay at the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean with separates bath and shower. The beach is easy to access with just 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. There are shops and restaurants nearby which I would say that is really convenient for us. The hotel staff are friendly, Mr Vansh offer immediate assistance when there was a minor issue with the room and he offer room change the other day. Kudos to Mr Vansh.
