Don't leave your money on the safe!!. (I brought 10000 RMB - Chinese currency - ( 100 bills). At the beginning I didn't realized because they were taking about 300 Rmb every day. and every 3 days I exchanged Thai currency so I used that currency and I didn't imagine that someone could get into the safe. but one day I counted it and I realized that I haven't spent that much, and that day 300 were missing. then I checked all the exchanges I did between RMB and Bath and in fact about 2100 Rmb (usd 300) were gone. after that I started taking all the money with me, and I had two bags on the hotel, In two occasions I left the zippers of the bags certain way I will realized if someone opened it. and indeed they opened my bags every single time looking for more. I reported it to the manager, she suggested me to report it to the police and then they will also call immigration because the employees are not Thai, and i was about to leave the hotel so I didn't wanna make a big drama on my holiday. she says it is not possible to access the safe. but trust me. it is NOT SAFE.

Great extremely clean place. Very good value for money and close to everything. Owners are amazing.

I liked the hotel, I recommend it. Good location, clean, comfortable. Huge bed, soft mattress, snow-white bed linen, towels changed every day, plus a towel for the beach. No hair dryer and no toothpaste and toothbrush, everything else is provided. If you want silence, ask for a room facing the courtyard. If facing the road, it will be very noisy at night.

Excellent hotel price quality, the room was cleaned every day, the air conditioner was very conveniently located and did not blow directly on the bed, although the air conditioner is old - it still coped with its functions, our room was 52, the balcony overlooked a building a meter from us - it was good because it was not very noisy, unlike the rooms that overlooked the third street, also in this hotel you can have inexpensive breakfast, lunch and dinner! We liked it, I recommend it!!!

We didn't expect anything out of the ordinary from this hotel, but some things really upset us. More on that below. 1) The voucher and hotel description indicated slippers in the room, which were not actually there. When we contacted the owner of the hotel (an elderly woman), we received a response that the hotel does not provide slippers, and the indication in the description of this option was purely trip.com's own initiative. The question arises, what prevented the hotel from misleading customers and sending a request to correct the information about the hotel to the booking service? 2) An awkward window in the wall between the room and the toilet with a shower. The glass does not hide anything, the upper part is open. You can see what is happening in the toilet from the room. There is no privacy at all. I am attaching a photo. 3) Upon arrival, the balcony was dirty, we had to clean it ourselves. The top shelves of the closet were also covered in dust (in the photo). 4) The most unpleasant thing about the hotel is its owner (the already mentioned woman). The person is completely lacking customer focus, desire to make contact and find an option that suits the guest (moreover, one that does not impose additional obligations on the hotel and is completely within the bounds of common sense), banal rudeness: what is the owner's statement worth: "if you are not satisfied with something - move out" (hearing this while on vacation is very unpleasant). Finally, from the good: there are beach towels.

It faces a main road, so it's noisy day and night. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and Jungceylon. The shower has enough water pressure, but the water is lukewarm. There is an old Japanese-made one-door refrigerator with freezer, which was very useful. I would recommend this hotel.

I liked everything. The fridge is big, the bed has a hard mattress just the way I like it. My own balcony overlooking the constantly moving street. In the morning I had rice with chicken and egg for breakfast, it was very filling. And delicious Americano. There is a 7 eleven nearby, a good bike rental company and a laundry. And everything is very close by.

A good clean hotel. The downside is the hard mattress, for some reason almost all hotels in Phuket have hard mattresses. The second is that it is very noisy... our windows did not face the road, but I still woke up every night from the sounds of motorcycles.

Everything is very clean every day cleaning of the room. Nice staff. Stayed for 12 days.
