Jonox Phuket Karon Hotel

Had a lovely stay at Jono X, the hotel is quite modern which is nice. Location is close to the beach and hotel is relatively clean. The pool is nice, very simple but relaxing. The staff were the best - very welcoming and helpful, had a couple of hiccups which the staff happily helped with such as having to move rooms twice as there was an odd smell coming from the shower drains so if you get a room without a balcony you cant open the window so no fresh air. The balcony is quite small - more so ideal for drying wet clothes than relaxing on, one other thing is you cant flush the toilet paper which i was surprised considering its not an old hotel and this may be unusual for some western travellers. Other than that, we did truly enjoy our stay and would possibly come again mainly due to the incredible staff!

Location is great, with steps to restaurants and massage shops. Walking distance to Karon Beach and kids had great fun there. Room size is ok, the bench/sofa can fit a kid well (160cm). Shower room water leaked to bedroom but not a big deal, the room service/maintenance ppl came very fast. There’s a small kids club at the entrance, kids can kill some time. Quite a value for money choice!

Great hotel within walking distance of Karon Beach. Hotel has a beautiful roof top pool that is open till night and rooms are really clean.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is very good. The location is excellent. The room was very clean and all the hotel. The staff super friendly. Swimming pool very good and modern. The shower was really amazing. Certainly I’ll be back!

Love the swimming pool and the views! The door staff was very friendly, especially the dining room waiters . Would definitely stay there again next time
