Very good hotel! Good value for money! The place is clean and well maintained. Adel is very welcoming and friendly. The room is not soundproof. Felt very good there. The restaurants around are also very good. And you can walk to Bangla Road and the beach

Location is in the heart of patong HKT across the bangala road walking street. But it is very noisy at night time, you can hear the DJ music inside your room 😁. Service is good and amenities are fair. In average, best place to choose if you prefer night life.

Good hotel overall. Simple. Placed in the center of patong more crowded street. Recommended if you want to party. The staff was nice and the breakfast was also good.

The bed linen is very clean, the room cleaning is wonderful, the lady's reception is soulful. The location is very convenient, near a huge shopping center, markets , restaurants and much more. 2 minutes to the beach. Thank you for a great time. I love your country very much.

Frankly awful service. We tried to cancel before arrival with plenty of time as we only just booked it. We told them we wanted to change the date but they were greedy and denied the refund forcing us to change plans and stay on those dates instead. Cost us a bunch of money because of how careless they are about our situation. This isn't even 1 star experience or customer service.

Great location, very close to bangla road. You can see bangla road from the window. Restaurant and massage just 2 steps from the hotel. Nice staff very helpful

Service was excellent, there was water problems on the first night and they relocated me to their sister hotel where everything was fine, the room was clean, water strong, perfect!

It's a clean room but the washroom door is broken

Not the best hotel to book if you are someone who wants to sleep early. More for someone who parties as the roads are noisy till 7am. Walls are thin. However location wise, it is convenient and easily accessible to beach and food

Terrible wifi on floor 7 I had to change hotel. Also fire alarm went off at midnight for no reason. Gave me a smaller room and two single beds when I arrived instead of the room I booked. Have me the correct size room and bed but connecting to another guest so had nice Korean man and his wife talking all night
