The room was very clean and hygienic, the view was very good, and the boss was very welcoming. Save our luggage and carry our luggage upstairs. The horse-killing chicken on the opposite side of the stairs is also very good. This place belongs to Patong Beach Street, and the beach is just a few steps away. Next to Patong Bar Street. The most lively place in Patong! happy!

Loved this place! Very friendly check in and welcome drink provided. Very close location to both the beach and Bangla walking street or other shopping spots. Room was quite small but comfortable for 1 person. Rooftop pool had friendly staff who served guests efficiently. Liked the green elements of the hotel, such as a cash reward for not having your room cleaned. Paid a lot due to it being high season but would stay again for sure when it’s at its normal price.

Environment: It is only a ten-minute walk to the No. 6 restaurant and Jiangxi Leng, which are nearby, and the transportation is convenient. Facilities: There are no disadvantages except that there is no elevator and you need to climb stairs. Service: The boss and the boss lady are Chinese, very good, and sent me a good and cost-effective place to eat, which has a fixed location, very nice! I will come again next time I have a chance to come to Phuket! Hygiene: Very good.

Convenience and Location!! This hotel offers everything you need to enjoy your stay in Phuket. It is located about 100 meters from the beach. The base of the hotel has a gym, laundry service, and NIGHT MARKET! Out of conveince we at at the market under the hotel most evenings. It was just too convenient. Additionally, there is a 7-11 across the street for all your other needs. Hotel itself has a rooftop pool accompanied by great staff that got us checked in early and helped us arrange plans throughout the trip, free of charge. I would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a great hotel on a moderate budget.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for relaxing and enjoying the sea. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and peaceful environment. I especially appreciated how clean and fresh everything felt. The highlight of my stay was the lovely owner, who is Chinese. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, offering lots of helpful recommendations for nearby attractions, restaurants, and activities. Her kindness and hospitality truly made my trip even more memorable. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy place near the beach with exceptional service, I highly recommend this hotel!

Enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. A much better location to the beach, restaurants/ eateries, clean massages and shopping than the Holiday Inn resort. The breakfast was great a lot of variety and the food was fresh, the egg stations made great omelettes 👍🏼. Front office staff needs to be better trained especially the night shift crew, I needed help 1 night when I realised my lights in the room could not be switched on even after placing my key card in, she was SHOUTING on the phone that I needed to put my card in. Which I already did. Anyway, I requested for a maintenance crew to help and she used another card and it worked. 👍🏼 That front office staff seemed sheepish when she saw me but no apology for her rude shouting on the phone. I am guessing she had a very bad evening or insufficient sleep to work at the night shift causing the RUDE outburst. Other than that it was great👍🏼👍🏼.. Holiday Inn Express, please take care of your staff’s mental wellness. 😟😔

Although the room is small, it meets all the needs of the diving special forces. The boss is very enthusiastic and apologizes for the holiday price increase on the day of check-in. I think it is normal and acceptable. The location is quite good, two to three hundred meters away from Jiangxi Lengba, and there are Chinese restaurants nearby. Although there was motorcycle noise next to the roadside, it was okay to prepare earplugs in advance. The boss also prepared earplugs. The two cats are fat and cute. On the last night, I also had the boss’s grilled chicken feet, which was delicious.

The Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. If you want to stay near to patong beach you should choose this hotel. They also have very adorable & cute cat. Hotel guest can enter cat room for free.🥰🥰Up 2 You

Situated in the hub of Patong Mei Jarr makes exploring Patong Beach very easy. However the hotel itself is on a decline. The beds aren’t comfortable, the furniture is old and even the plastic chairs on the balcony aren’t clean. The WiFi is problematic, the owners need to take responsibility for a lot. The highlights FRONT DESK AND SERVICE STAFF! These are the people keeping this hotel afloat! They go over and beyond to meet the requirements of guests who are constantly angry because of one thing or another. I spent time at receptions watching them in action. Thai people are always the highlight of my Thailand trips and the reason I’ll always return to Phuket. Nicky from front desk added to my Thai people treasure! A beautiful soul in and out. She was kind throughout our stay, I watched her being pulled from all directions and she kept her poise and smile. With limited facilities she made my daughter’s birthday beautiful with her kindness. She is a treasure, I hope the owners of the hotel spend even one day watching what she has to deal with and improve the amenities of the hotel to help the working lives of their staff! The views from the rooftop pool are amazing but the pool needs extra cleaning, it was sandy even the kids didn’t want to use it which is a bummer because they love swimming. I’ll always return to Patong, but probably not to this hotel unless they do some major renovations. The breakfast is mid, it’s not a buffet you can get better and cheaper a few steps away.

My stay at Pimrada Hotel was wonderful! The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the room was very comfortable with a large bed, perfect for relaxation. The location is excellent, close to all the shops and restaurants in Patong, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I’d like to thank the hotel owner for the great service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to everything in Patong.
