Ulasan Vinholidays Fiesta Phu Quoc

Saya benar-benar menikmati waktu kami di sana dan enggan untuk pergi. Saya pergi dengan bayi berusia satu tahun dan stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu! Klub anak-anak adalah tempat favorit kami untuk dikunjungi dan staf di sana sangat ramah dan membantu. Sarapannya sangat ramai tetapi kami menyukai Pho dan berbagai pilihan makanan. Saran kecil: Kamar tidak memiliki banyak colokan sehingga agak merepotkan untuk mengisi daya ponsel kami dan saya berharap ada lebih banyak tempat sampah. Kami membeli air minum dalam kemasan di seberang supermarket, tetapi saya berharap ada pilihan air minum dalam kemasan berbayar di dalam kamar. Kamarnya sangat nyaman dan hanya beberapa langkah dari tempat wisata yang megah itu. Kami naik Vinbus ke Safari dan Vinwonder tetapi saya sarankan untuk naik kereta ke Vinwonder karena hanya berjarak 5 menit (berakhir dengan 50 menit naik bus)!

Saya baru-baru ini menginap di VinHoliday, dan saya sangat puas dengan pengalaman saya! Kamar-kamarnya modern, bersih, dan sangat nyaman. Stafnya berusaha keras untuk membuat masa inap saya menyenangkan, selalu menyambut saya dengan senyuman dan memastikan semua kebutuhan saya terpenuhi. Lokasinya sempurna—dekat dengan berbagai atraksi utama dan mudah diakses. Fasilitasnya, terutama kolam renang dan sarapannya, luar biasa. Prasmanan sarapan menawarkan berbagai macam hidangan lezat, yang memenuhi selera lokal dan internasional. Yang paling menonjol adalah perhatian terhadap detail di setiap aspek hotel. Rasanya benar-benar seperti rumah sendiri. Saya sangat merekomendasikan VinHoliday bagi siapa pun yang mencari masa inap yang santai dan menyenangkan.

Penginapan yang nyaman dengan layanan antar-jemput bus gratis ke Vinwonder dan Vinpearl Safari. Kami menikmati masa inap kami di sini. Resepsionisnya juga sangat membantu mengatur taksi untuk kami ke kota yang sedang terbenam.

Kamar sangat bersih dan tempat tidur nyaman. Pelayanan sangat baik dan ramah. Nama stafnya "Linh" sangat ramah, dia mengantar saya ke halte bus T2 untuk naik bus ke bandara. Lokasinya bagus dan dekat dengan Grand World.

Semua hal tentang hotel ini sempurna, stafnya sangat baik, lokasinya sangat dekat dengan Grand World tepat di depan hotel, harganya sangat terjangkau & sarapannya lezat dengan banyak variasi f&b. Satu-satunya masalah adalah bahasa Inggris staf, mereka perlu meningkatkan dan mempelajari bahasa Inggris lebih dalam, tetapi tidak apa-apa kami masih mengerti apa yang mereka katakan dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik

This hotel badly needs redecorating. The rooms are cramped, and the furniture is old-fashioned and tatty. My room had 2 3 feet single beds, although it really was only a single room. I would have preferred a single bed and more space. Also, it hadn’t been cleaned properly: the carpet was dusty, and the desk was stained. It also overlooked a noisy swimming pool bar. On top of that, the hotel was also understaffed, so service was really slow. Having said that, it’s cheap and in a convenient, location is in Grand World.

Very popular hotel with high occupancy, as evidenced by the huge crowd almost daily during breakfast hours (6.30 to 10.30 am). Peak hours is around 8 to 9.30 am, near impossible to find vacant seats, even though seating capacity is pretty large in the restaurant. Breakfast spread is substantial and is replenished regularly but the hot dishes (slightly different daily) are not really tasty/delicious. The usual staples are better, eg bread, ham/bacon, eggs, salad and fruits. Coffee is not great, I took a few sips and didn’t want it anymore. Pool is huge and reasonably clean but there are some missing mosaic tiles on parts of the pool wall which should have been better maintained. You can watch fireworks on Saturdays if you stay in a pool-facing room on a high floor. Rooms on the same side as the main entrance face trees and nothing else (fine for people who prefer greenery). The rooms on the other remaining sides either have partial sea-views or partial view of Grandworld/open field. The room itself is very plain looking - adding some decorations (eg hang some paintings/posters or place a couple of attractive cushions) would have enhanced the interior design. Overall, I’m pleased with my hotel choice – strong points: location, cleanliness, facilities and services are very good and it is excellent value if you get a good room rate in your booking.

Cheap and convenient location in the North of phu quoc, near grand world & vinpearl & safari.

Near to Vinwonder and Grand World, convenient for going to the theme parks. But the rest is average, the facilities and the room are average : the room is neither too big nor too small, the quilt on the double bed is very short and can't cover the feet, there are not enough plugs, there are many people for breakfast, and the food variety is acceptable. But the service is also available.

Fantastic location, good equipment, great quality-price ratio and very nice owners.

The service are very okay. The location very strategic to Grandworld, Vinwonders and Vinpearl Safari. We are enjoyy staying there❤️

Good place to stay.,clean and good view. We got discounted for 10% from hotel to go to Vinwonder. That’s is good 😀
