Ulasan B2 Suthep Night Market Premier Resort

Arrived at the hotel and the initial lobby was beautiful. When we arrive the staff were friendly and welcoming. I was taken to my room which was very unclean and had built up limescale all over the bathroom and had an awful smell. The room itself was as not clean and the towel all had dirty stains on them as if they hadn’t been changed over. I reported to reception who said it wasn’t dirty and it was the matter of it needing “fresh paint” and the smell was from the bad weather. I had said that for a 4 star hotel this was not acceptable and the smell hasn’t been an issue in any other hotel. There was dust collected, hairs everywhere and overall dirty. In the second room there even looked to be s*** on the wall. I was then given another room which at first look seemed better, b it ended up being no better at all. I was made to feel uncomfortable for complaining by the staff as he was very rude, and he was insisting that the hotel was old and that the only reason it was in that state. (The hotel would be perfectly fine and wouldn’t need a refurb if it was just maintained and cleaned properly- the rustic feel would be desirable if it wasn’t dirty). The pool also looked very pleasing at first sight but when I looked further it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was rotting leaves in the pool and missing tiles and very sharp edges. The tiles that were missing were left on the edge of the pool broken. I had tried to find a different hotel to stay in but there wasn’t anything available for the dates I was there and had already arranged my excursions from this hotel. Additionally, when I requested a refund the hotel denied it, despite my complaints and the staff himself telling me “if I don’t like the hotel to go to a different one”. Also there is no privacy in the rooms whatsoever. Due to all the rooms in a”cul-de-sac” style layout everyone could see into the rooms- and the walk way to get to the rooms means you have to walk past other rooms and can look into all of the rooms. This meant you have to keep all the curtains closed if you want privacy making the room dark and dingy. For the rest of my stay the staff didn’t speak to me or my husband as if they held a grudge because of my complaint. Will not be going again, and struggle to understand the high demand for this hotel.

Pretty resort with a nice swimming pool. Queit neighbourhood with lots of student residents. Lots of streetfood at night at suthep road. We enjoyed our stay here :D

It's quiet and comfortable. The surrounding atmosphere is good at night. Anyone who wants to relax in private is recommended to stay here. Quality worth the price.

Very affordable price, the surrounding looks very tranquil and pretty. Swimming pool is big enough. Walking distance to Chiang Mai university and the night market behind the university. But unfortunately so far these are all advantages. The cleanliness of the room was really below the standard, we found plenty of cocoons on the wall and some dead bugs? ( very unpleasant). There was only one trash can for the whole room, so we need to go all the way to the toilet to throw away the trash. Reception staff looks like they don’t want to be at work at all.

B2 Suthep was a pleasant stay for 3 days. Accessible pool, large room, and decent storage. Limited on the amenities sides of things. No restaurant or cafe open. Some tlc in some places would give this the boost it needs. Altogether, it was nice and a healthy price.

Serene and affordable spot, not so near many amenities. Hand some ants in the bathroom but to be expected in Thailand and on the ground floor!

A peaceful resort with cozy environment. It provides clean and big room with a private balcony. The staffs are helpful. Prices are negotiable if you wish to stay for a longer period. It is indeed a good place to relax. Highly recommended

I was there two days it is far away from the old town and not much around need to rent transport. its hard to get breakfast in the neighborhood this resort provide nothing food or drinks even 7/11 is 4 km away. And long time waiting for grab. Nice pool friendly but uninterested staff.

Nice hotel, relaxing

Was a lovely stay. I walked daily to the Chiang Mai university area for food (resort does not offer), it was a nice walk and was nice to see the students/area. Also lots of other local restaurants closer (besides the university area).

Super clean Super clean I bare my feet I don't feel any dusty on my feet Also..... The bedroom as large and big enough for 2 person to live with Toilet bathroom facilities super clean and tidy Except for the location a bit far away to Nimman areas ( only 2.1 KM) i did take walk every day from hotel to 0ne Nimman shopping mall, for me long distance walking, it's doesn't matter! Very close to the Chiang Mai University district, many many Yummy local hawker foods asking for students prices and real as cheap Would recommend You got your own vehicle to live there
