Ulasan Movenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc

Saya bepergian sendiri. Selama saya menginap, kolam renang hotel sedang dalam renovasi. Saya datang ke hotel hanya untuk bermain air. Liburan masih menjadi waktu termahal untuk menginap. Lalu saya masuk ke ruang biliar dan ada sebatang pohon di luar jendela. Harga kamarnya kolam renang tapi pohon. 🤮Saya merasa sangat kecewa. Untungnya ada kolam renang kecil di balkon rumah saya, kalau tidak, hotel ini akan kurang lengkap kalau tidak ada kolam renang. Untungnya saya tidak memesan selama dua hari. Tidak direkomendasikan. Kedap suaranya sangat buruk. Anda dapat mendengar orang-orang mengobrol di pintu dengan sangat jelas. Saya orang yang kasar, jadi saya tidur nyenyak. Pantainya kotor. Saya menginap di lima hotel berbeda. Pantai ini kotor. Di suatu tempat di pantai tercium bau muntahan. Pelancong merokok di restoran. Saya bepergian dengan keluarga saya. Anda hanya bisa menjauhinya. Lalu pasir pantai penuh dengan kantong sampah dan rumput liar serta kursi santai dipenuhi semut. Bantal di kursi santai kotor. Satu-satunya jaket pelampung masih baru (mungkin karena tidak ada yang memakainya). Pantai dikelilingi jaring hijau, yang jelek. Foto-foto ini diambil hanya untuk berbagi anggur yang nikmat. Tempatnya kotor. Kalau mau nginap di sana, bisa check in sendiri. Banyak nyamuk di malam hari. Singkatnya, mohon pikir-pikir dulu sebelum pesan kamar. Jangan bilang saya tidak memberi tahu Anda (menginap di Wyndham di Distrik Utara, murah dan bersih)

Saya suka hotelnya. Cukup bagus untuk keluarga dengan bayi. Sarapannya enak. Kamarnya cukup besar dengan balkon besar. Pantainya bersih. Masalahnya adalah dengan kursi pantai. Semuanya diambil oleh Rusia. Mereka meninggalkan handuk mereka di malam hari di kursi pantai dan ketika kami datang ke pantai di pagi hari dan tidak ada seorang pun, kami tidak punya tempat untuk menginap. Kami sedang bersama bayi, jadi cukup menjengkelkan karena kami tidak bisa mendapatkan kursi pantai. Semuanya sudah terisi tetapi orang-orang yang melakukan itu datang ke pantai hanya sampai siang hari. Ini adalah hotel bintang lima dan hal-hal seperti itu tidak baik. Saya pergi ke meja resepsionis untuk mengeluh tetapi mereka tidak berdaya.

Nyaman dan pelayanannya baik. Tapi kolam itu agak berbahaya. Karena istri dan anak-anak saya telah terluka beberapa kali. Juga, saya menemukan pecahan kaca kecil di dalam kolam. Pemandangannya sangat indah

Saya ingin bercerita tentang perjalanan kami ke pulau yang indah, dan diharapkan semuanya akan baik-baik saja dilihat dari ulasan dan videonya. Mengapa hotel Mövenpick khusus ini, karena ini bintang 5 dan juga tertulis bahwa mereka memiliki antar-jemput dari/ke bandara/hotel. Setelah memesan hotel, saya juga menulis pesan lain ke hotel bahwa pesawat kami tiba pada jam 3 agar staf hotel sadar dan mengirimkan antar-jemput untuk kami. Namun, setelah tiba di bandara kami hampir tidak menemukan perwakilan hotel (dia sendiri yang harus menunggu kami dan menemukan kami) dan dia memberi tahu kami bahwa antar-jemput ada di sini pada jam tiga, tetapi dia sudah pergi, katanya, dan selanjutnya jam 5 katanya. Kami harus memesan taksi sendiri dan membawanya ke hotel. Saatnya check out dan jam 12 kita turun ke resepsionis. Di resepsi, sisa deposit dikembalikan kepada kami. Ngomong-ngomong, soal deposit. Setibanya di hotel, petugas memberitahu kami bahwa kami perlu melakukan deposit total 9 juta dong VND. Kami tidak punya VND, kami punya dolar dan mereka bilang kami bisa menggunakan dolar. Namun ketika kami memberikan dolar, mereka memberi tahu kami bahwa Anda memiliki dolar model lama dan mereka menghitung kami dengan nilai tukar yang sangat rendah. Jadi setelah menyerahkan kunci dan mengembalikan sisa deposit, kami disuruh duduk di sini di sofa dekat resepsionis, shuttle akan datang untuk Anda pada jam dua. Kami duduk sampai jam 2, tidak ada yang mendatangi kami dan shuttle tidak datang. Kami duduk selama tiga menit lagi setelah itu, saya mendatangi staf, bertanya tentang antar-jemput, kemudian karyawan tersebut menelepon seseorang dan dia mengatakan bahwa antar-jemput ada di sini pada jam 2 tetapi Anda tidak ada di sini dan dia pergi tanpa Anda. Bagaimana dia bisa pergi jika dia tidak datang sama sekali, karena kami duduk di dekat resepsionis dan melihat siapa yang datang dan pergi, shuttle tidak datang sama sekali.... Kami menyukai semua yang ada di hotel secara umum, lokasinya sangat bagus, makanannya enak, area pantainya bagus dan kolam renangnya, namun sikap karyawan terhadap pelanggan dan penipuan seperti itu sangat tidak menyenangkan, jadi peringkatnya adalah 3. Menurut saya kalau hotelnya bintang 5, semuanya harus di level tertinggi.

We spent 12 nights at the resort. All staff friendly and very helpful, most can improve with the English Language. Restaurants were used every day for dinner and all meals were very tasteful. Reception staff very helpful when we had to get to the private hospital for our 7 month daughter (thank you all!!!). Vinwaters (Vinpearl aquapark- awesome!). Hon Thom island a must too! Easy to organize a grab driver. Remember to withdraw cash at airport if no visa card. Kids club offering many activities (some at a cost). Spa (Massage) awesome!!!  Was my birthday and got surprised with birthday cake and foot massage (with any spa treatment booked)!  Thank you for making our 12 day visit a momerable experience!! And to all staff, thank you!!!

5 perfect days in here. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and tidy room. Free access in cildren daycare every day from 9am-6pm, free chocolate hour every day from 3.30pm-4.30pm and free airport pick up/ transfer.The chocolate and cheese cake is so delicious. There are more than 5 ice cream flavours to buy. I bought vanilla and matcha. Both were so good! I am requested to get a room and a beautiful sunset view to celebrate my anniversary but wasn't expected to be fulfilled with warm greetings via wish card, a romantic swan towel and roses deco on bed, and there was a surprise of a delicious chocolate mousse cake too in the chiller! Iron and iron board upon request. The hotel provide a tote bag to use for free along the stay. I have tried their signature coffee. I like it. So refreshing! Hotel also provide a water cooler on the ground floor to refill a drinking water. I am also use their laundry service and satisfied with the service provided. The hotel has a universal plug, and therefore you don't need an external adapter. Btw, the hotel will charge you a deposit VND1million/day and i paid for VND4millions for 5D4N using wise card. The money will be refund less than an hour after check out. I am suggested to use wise card rather than use credit card that will take 7-10days to refund the money. This hotel is not halal because the breakfast provided is mixed with non-halal food. Our only food choice is boiled eggs. maybe the hotel can separate halal food because there are some foreign tourists from other countries who also have problems eating breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied staying here and fully recommended.

We had a wonderful holiday at the resort. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent. The beach was beautiful—my son absolutely loved it! If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, I would definitely recommend this resort. It's conveniently located just 15 minutes from the town and 30 minutes from the airport.

This was a birthday trip for my husband. The hotel has prepared a birthday cake for him and it was absolutely lovely for them to do that. The spa treatment and facilities are great. The breakfast buffet was great.  We tried all of the restaurants there and the food was great. The overall experience is beyond our expectations and would definitely recommend to stay.

Booked a sea facing suite. Excellent to watch sunset as it’s west facing. There’s 2 available location for breakfast with the suite booking. Recommend going to the lounge as it’s less crowded.

Movenpick Waverly Hotel is a perfect pick for anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside escape with a touch of luxury. It’s great for couples, families, or even solo travelers who want to enjoy Phu Quoc in style without feeling too formal. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, indulging in the chocolate hour, or just soaking in the ocean views, it’s a stay worth remembering! The breakfast is also delicious and has a range of choices. There’s also a bus stop in the main gate of the hotel, if you choose not to grab. You will need buggy service for that though.

Beautiful hotel, amazing pool, fantastic breakfast. Need to hire scooters if you want to explore as quite far from anything. But no need to go far with great pool, poolside bar and kids club!

Every thing was good except the air conditioning in the room isn’t working

The staff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of attention on details like afternoon break and kids corner at the morning buffet.

service and experience at this hotel was so good on my first time that i extended 2 more nights! always a pleasure to stay here with great amenities and super accommodating staff. beach bar was clean and affordable menu prices too! will be back!
