Ulasan Chen Sea Resort & Spa Phu Quoc

We were truly impressed by the hospitality andf attention to detail. They made our stay extra special and I can honestly say that we would go back to it. This beautiful resort has its own private beach and it's absolutely breathtaking. The food could dfo with variety but the breakfast was delicious. We travel a lot and this is definitely one of our favourite places of all times. The staff was absolutely amazing and super helpful and friendly. It was our anniversary and they surely pull out all stops. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Make sure to go for the snorkeling...the guide is great and very professional and fun. We will be back soon. R&B

The customer service exceeded our expectations. They really thought of every little detail! The entire resort staff were friendly, personal and helpful. This was truly the best customer service I have ever experienced and I have traveled a lot! I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

房間乾淨，沒有蟲子。對於海島國家的酒店，這很重要～ 早餐完美，酒單完美，菜品也很好～ 就是這個季節，有些太熱了，不適合潛水

장점 -바닷가 위치는 매우 좋음 -내부 시설은 오래되었지만 관리가 잘되어 있음 -일회용품을 사용하지 않아 뿌듯함(자연에게 미안하지 않음) -수영장 수질을 약품으로 관리하지 않고 여과기로 관리하여 락스냄새 없이 깨끗함 단점 -호텔 진입로가 비포장이고 살짝 무서움 -리조트가 자연친화적이라 벌레가 많음(벌레 무서워 하는 사람은 주의 요망!) -일회용품에 익숙한 우리에게 좀 낯설었음(하루면 적응됨)

직원들 모두가 너무 친절합니다. 좋아요. 조용하게 있기에는 여기만한곳이 없습니다. 감사합니다. 시내에서 멀지도 않고, 정말 맑고 멋진 바닷가와 너무 좋습니다.

雨の予定のフーコックでしたが奇跡的にくもり時々晴れ。雨が降らなかっただけでも感謝笑。 久しぶりのチェンシーでしたが相変わらずの安定。 食事とモスキートが多い以外は静かに過ごせるリゾート。いつも欧米系の人が多いイメージでベトナム人はあまりいません。

Great location. You can see the best sunset from here. Only drawback is there is hardly any restaurants in house. Breakfast was good. I am vegetarian, but I too got many options Service is great, rooms are clean, staff is very helpful. Recommend

It was one of the best experiences in my life. The treatment was excellent, the kindness of all the staff is an other level. perfect rooms and incredible breakfast. All is very clean, the massages are amazing. The beach is beautifull. And the people is very nice

After a road trip in Vietnam , 6 dreams days to relax here ! Great welcome by Mr Maurizio the Manager who takes care of his customers as friends. Great staff always smiling and efficient. our Villa was great and everything perfect , a big applause to the gardeners and pool beach staff as property is super well kept. Bravissimo ! If we can we will come back for sure !! thank you

We did a 2 weeks stay at the Resort just to Relax. Any time again. Everything was going well, everybody from Management to Maintanence were very friendly. Nice rooms. Food was Excellent!!! Bech was permannently cleaned and the staff helped directly with sunchairs, sunshade,... Just o and test yourself

We were very pleased with everything from the moment we entered the hotel until we left. We didn't even want to leave :) The staff is always smiling, friendly and very helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is very delicious for breakfast lunch and dinner. Wait for us Chen Sea, we will definitely come back. Many thanks to the entire Chen Sea team for this relaxing and wonderful holiday.
