Service is excellent

Delicious breakfasts and a lot of help from our butler Jane, free buggy to the beach and back, nice food market in 10 minutes walk, we had a great stay, thank you

The rooms, the cleanness, everything is perfect. And the most amazing thing is the exclusive butler, she had perfectly delivered every things we asked for, no matter what time was it, even in the midnights. Overall, staying in this resort was one of our perfect experience in this trip of Phu Quoc!

The location of the hotel was convenient, they had buggies to pick us up from the night market, and the facilities was clean and large. But on the other hand, there was no actual sign for the hotel name, and we got lost and unsure, there was also no security officers at night, which meant anyone could break in. It was overall a good hotel to stay in with comfort.

This villa is brand new, with everything clean and comfortable. I felt truly cared for by the manager, Ryan—he’s simply the best! He goes above and beyond, managing everything with genuine dedication and ensuring all his visitors have an amazing experience.

Hanna has provided very good services and support such as arranging buggy to take us around the nearby night market and beach as well as free airport drop off. She also gave us good suggestions of restaurant and spa. The resorts are new and there are different water activities nearby.

Complex is totally fresh and new, I have a feeling I was a first guest at villa where we were living. Stuff is friendly and polite. Highly recommend for family vacation.

酒店位置：位於富國島中部，靠近機場大概10至15分鐘車程，屬於一個叫Doung Dong的地區，附近有不少大型resort例如Novotel、Pullman。 酒店設計：這個酒店group有兩大Villa地區分別是Andocine和Residence，reception在Andocine，這邊的Villa算是已開發，有不少Villa 都有私人游泳池，通常都是三層。我們選擇住的Residence區尚未完全開發，目測只有大概五六間Villa是裝修完成可供入住，這區的Villa都是三層有些私人泳池、有些只有花園及戶外椅。 酒店設施：Andocine那邊有一間池邊餐廳及一個公眾泳池地區，可以租單車，而且位置就在沙灘邊。Residence這邊距離Andocine步行距離約15分鐘可選擇坐哥爾夫球車（Buggy）。這邊比較靠近他們group的一幢小商場內有超市餐廳、咖啡廳及電影院。餐廳為早餐buffet的地方位於4樓。這邊亦有一個公眾泳池地區，但似乎屬於一間咖啡廳Coffee Corner。超市的貨品都幾齊全，可以滿足生活需要之外亦可購買手信。 Villa外有私人車位，如果租車的確方便。 酒店附近：並不屬於市中心，但步行10分鐘距離有夜市及一條步行街，有按摩店、咖啡店及不少韓國餐廳。 酒店內設施：地下屬於客廳，飯廳及廚房部份，有一小洗手間。客廳飯廳空間都非常充裕，廚房設施足夠，有微波爐、電磁爐、煮食用具等等，有匙羹，但刀叉要主動向酒店查詢。房間清潔方面可能要主動向酒店查詢，因為我們發現並不是每天都主動清潔。

소나시 지역에 조금 떨어져 있지만 버기를 운영해서 아주 좋았습니다. 가족단위로 여행 오기에 아주 좋은 거 같습니다 강추!

원베드룸으로 예약 했었는데 뭐가 문제였는지 없다해서 [고스트트레블] 취소문자 받고 다른데 알아보려다가 남자친구가 여기 너무 가보고싶다해서 2베드룸으로 예약해서 다녀왔어요. 빌라 하나 통으로 다쓰고 내부에 엘베도 있고 둘이 사용하기는 너무 컸지만 잘 즐기다 왔어요 단독으로 사용하는 수영장도 좋았고 물 음료 과일 프리~~ 개별로 담당하시는 분과 카톡으루 대화해서 좋았습니다. 우리는 한나라는 분이 도움 주셨는데 제가 엄청 귀찮게 했는데도 친절하게 도와주셔서 감사했어요. 다음에 기회되면 또 방문 할게요

まだ新しく口コミが少なかったですが 口コミ通りとっても素敵なヴィラでした🏠💓 お部屋は新しくて広くて快適！ 近くにスーパーやレストランもあり 環境も静かで良かったです フロントの方も丁寧で アプリで連絡を取れるのも便利 空港へ無料の送りがあるのも良かった◎ プールは想像よりも良くなかったので 次はプール向きのお部屋に泊まりたいです！ あとコバエが多いので 虫除けを設置するべきかなと思います。

地理方便，離機場10分鍾左右車程，去北部珍珠樂園約40分鍾車程，去南部日落小鎮約15分鍾車程。酒店新淨，與相片符合，服務很好，check in 後全程有專人 what's app 跟進需求。衛生不錯，每日都有人收拾房間，如有機會會再選擇入住👍🏻

위치는 중부이고 공항 픽업서비스와 근처 해변이나 야시장까지 무료 버기 서비스가 있어 편리했습니다. 프론트가 따로 없으며 전용 버틀러가 필요한 내용을 카톡으로 대응해주는 조금 독특한 시스템입니다. 4베드룸이 필요하여 선택하였으며 가성비 있는 곳입니다.

6人入住，共4間房間，有機場接送，非常方便！ 包早餐，食物每日有少許不同，可接受的！ 游泳池有兩個可選！
