"There are a few steps from the parking lot to reception. People watched us lug our four pieces of luggage, but no one offered to help. We had booked the Victoria Suite. It seems this suite hasn't been used in a long time. Stale air and dead insects greeted us (see photo). The safe was also unusable, as it was locked upon arrival. We had to wait until an additional open safe was installed in the suite. Furthermore, we expect a spare roll of toilet paper in a 4-star hotel, which was not the case here. And if you want a nice cup of coffee at breakfast, you'll only find simple filter coffee. Breakfast was also far from a 4-star experience."

Location: The building itself is easy to find and provides a peaceful environment while still being accessible. Final Verdict: Whether you're here for business or leisure, The Indigo House offers great value, beautiful design, and top-tier service. Highly recommended for a comfortable and authentic stay in Phrae!"

"The most spacious room The bed is soft and hard, no back pain. The pillows have different firmnesses, choose as you like. There are 4 of them. There are a lot of plugs. The air conditioner is cool. The balcony has a sink. One condo unit is full. The lights are yellow, orange, very thick, a little too little. But if you're just laying down and resting, not working or reading, you can use it. In the bathroom, where the bidet hanger has a hook or something sticking out, your hand might hit it 2-3 times if it's not in use. Please take it out for me. And the shower has 2 types of adjustment. The one on the head doesn't adjust the water. Water leaks at the bottom thread joint. The water pressure is very strong. And there are no bath towels. When I was dropping off a friend at home, I stole some old clothes. Use it to wipe your feet when leaving the bathroom. Overall, it's good. There's plenty of parking, but it might be a little cramped if the car is full. (It's also in the middle of the car.) Convenient transportation. Went during Songkran and got 1 Mor Hom shirt. There's definitely a chance to go again 😉"
