Nice hotel with new facilities. Coffee shop downstair is a famous brain. Quite crowded. And the room is not sound proff

Great hotel. Location is great with central shopping mall nearby woth less than 5 minutes walking distance. The poor thing is the hotel room house keeping.,the room didn't clean enough and seldom change the towel and topup shampoo and shower gel. Hopefully the hotel management can take this problem seriously.

Staffs cannot manage the reservations. Customers were waiting for room to be ready to check-in more than half an hour. They are a bit confusing, which is side views for. Cleanliness, this is very important to remove hairs from the wall inside the bathroom and restroom. There is a dirt stain in the bedroom as well. The hotel is very new with a good location, connecting to Central Ayutthaya and eaasy to enter into the city. Parking lots has not opened yet, we would like to park at Central.

First time using the hotel. Great service, friendly staffs, and a lovely welcome drink at check-in. I had my lunch at the hotel resto, which was tasty too. Hotel room was clean, spacious, and bed was comfy. I enjoyed my stay very much. If I must pick on 1 thing then it would be the parking space, which is located inside the mall right beside, you will need to exit from the hotel and take a short maybe 30m walk to access the carpark via the stairs / lift. Which can be a little less convenient than accessing directly from hotel lift and if it was raining, but wasn't a big issue at all. I would love to use the hotel again if I do revisit the area.

This is such a beautiful hotel. Our room was amazing on 16th floor I’d say it was more like a suite with an enormous bed, seperate bathroom and toilet . The restaurants offer welcome drink with a fresh juice that is of the highest quality so we were happy to stay here. All in all this is a fabulous place to stay.

Everything is great about Centara Ayuthaya. I have come to Ayuthaya many times but this is the first hotel so near to the mall. It gives much needed convenience for food and shopping. The room is good too. The only thing that need to rectify is the shower water. It gets too hot and then cold, the control is not working. Overall still a good stay.

The hotel is very new and eco-friendly. However, the door is quite hard to open for female and elderly due to energy-preserve function of the door.
