The area around there easily gets to travel around and the room is good condition

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The two lady's thar checked us in (Drena and Jamia) are very helpful and very friendly. They both went above and beyond and make sure are stay was comfortable and pleasant. Thank you to the both of them..

This is a really bad facility. I have traveled a lot and this is one worst place. The hotel is very old and filthy. I went to my original assigned room which had hair on bed, hair in the bathtub and there was no hot water. So after 14 hrs of driving, I had to pack my stuff to go back down to the front desk to get assigned a new room. The new room wasn't much better neither but it had hot water for showering. I couldn't wait to get out of there so the next morning, I hit the road 4am. It showed how bad the condition was. Do not spend money here.

Stay was okay but I didn’t like several things. Room painting and carpet were look old. There was a new homeless person everyday in the entrance street. And they charged me 81usd for accidentals and haven’t got those back

Last minute stay - it was this or the car. The car would have been quieter. Loud fighting all night and the front desk would not answer. Absolutely awful stay - would never stay again.

Stay was decent for the price. Area looks a little run down but the same can be said for any place these days. Staff is good. They do the best with what they have to work with. It was fine for what I paid for but the helpful staff was a highlight for me.

On the website the hotel looks really nice but definitely not what it appears! when we got to the hotel the front desk clerk Jennifer was absolutely wonderful, she's such a beautiful person. As we get in the elevator I can tell this wasn't going to be good, once we got to our room opened the door the smell hit us! it was so overwhelming! I had to put tree tea oil up my noise to avoid the smell, the bathroom was dirty it had hairs, as well the floor, it also had mold, the beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were dirty along with the towels, the room was nothing like the pictures, it was very noisy I can literally hear the people next to our room peeing, it was just absolutely disgusting and the neighborhood was not the best

Rooms were very clean. The front desk people might not have been the friendliest but they did take care of the homeless people trying to camp out of the property. Security guard was always on watch and a very friendly lady. It’s not a bad place to stay and will definitely stay there again.

Many empty alcohol containers around the property. People sleeping in a dilapidated minivan in the parking lot. Front desk cabinet doors hanging skew on their hinges. Sketchy individuals in the parking lot. The location gives a strong presence of being unsafe. Other patrons sharing similar thoughts.

Place is old and dingy. Lots of homeless coming in and lots of sketchy activity by the people who stay there. Sheets and bedding stained, tubs are dingy and plugged. The front desk lady was very nice, she was the best thing about the whole place. The cleaning ladies were very helpful in trying to help us change our stained sheets. Probably won’t stay here again anytime soon

The staff at front desk were friendly, but the second night the outside street was very noisy from one to two in the morning. The neighbors were also noisy on both nights. For $500 for two nights, the experience could have been better.
