The hotel gives you what you pay for. It was comfortable enough and I had good sleep for all the nights I was there (3 nights). The breakfast is very basic, but does the job if you just wanna have something to fill you up. The people working there are friendly and they try to help with questions. I cannot really complain because I managed my expectations well. Close to the victory monument and close to bassac Street. Also walking distance from the genocide museum.

This excellent place and staff I'd very friendly.

An average accommodation, the room was clean and had enough things for a common demand. It’s pretty near to most tourist attractions in seam reap, but the price was slightly higher compared to the other hotel in this city.

100% different from what the picture is! The sofa chair is torn, the curtain is broke , air con is less cold so I ask them for additional fan. The staff is okay, the breakfast was simple.

It was a nice experience staying at the hotel. Though it was difficult to communicate with the crew as they hardly speak English.

スタッフの対応は親切でした。 シャワーなど水周りが、泊まった部屋だけかもしれませんが、ずっとホースから水漏れしておりシャワーも温度が一定に保ちにくいのが気になりましたが、ベッドも寝心地よくて良かったです。壁は廊下の声が丸聞こえなので結構薄いと思います。テレビもWiFiで放送を拾ってるみたいなので画質は安定してませんが、幅広く見れると思います。(日本の映像は見つけれていません)コンセントが適度に遠いのでコードは長めを持っていかれることをおすすめします。シャンプー、ボディソープも１回、2回分のみありました。

朝食付きで予約したので、チェックイン時に翌朝の朝食の場所や時間を確認すると、レセプションの人は歯切れ悪く、宿泊客が数組しかいないので…と、部屋までお届けします、と返答した。翌朝になって確認すると、最上階に行ってくれ、とのこと。レストランが併設はされてはいたのだが、殆ど使われていない状態で、その場で有り合わせの食事を提供された。 このことからわかるように、余りサービスが機能しておらず、レセプションに電話しても誰も受電しない、出てくれても英語が全くわからない、という問題があった。 場所的には、トゥクトゥクで空港まで20分と、そこまで悪くはない。
