We are on 3 days 2 nights business trip. This property is very well maintained. The hotel compound is very clean and ambience inside the hotel feel very peaceful. Very friendly and courteous staff greeting us with smile throughout the hotel premise. We had a very relaxing breakfast which was next to the pool. Good breakfast spread. Room size is sufficient for single occupant and very cozy and clean. Hotel location is very convenient for us to move about. Overall we are happy with our stay and hope to be back again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Plantation - it offers a calm escape from the bustle of Phnom Penh with a beautiful pool, incredibly helpful staff, a good gym and a delicious breakfast. The location is ideal for exploring the city and the rooms were large and spotless. Wewill definitely stay again if we return to Phnom Penh!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. We especially enjoyed the pool area. It was a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. The only downside was the open style bathroom which doesn’t leave much privacy if sharing the room with others. Still, a great hotel and would came back.

24/7 under constructions during stay. And If you not came from Europe, they will give Super nice room besides of garage or steps, for you. Well I'm from UK that's not the member of EU, can be reason. Be aware, no matter when did you checked-in, check-out is 12pm.

All guests are treated equally, and rooms are assigned according to the booked category and availability at the time of arrival.Our standard check-out time is 12:00 noon, which applies to all guests. We were fortunate enough to stay here last year and had the pleasure of returning again this year. The experience was just as wonderful as we remembered. Whether it was the room, the facilities, or the breakfast, everything was truly excellent. This hotel offers outstanding value for money, probably one of the best options in Phnom Penh for around $70 per night. The rooms are very spacious and modern, featuring a beautiful terrace and tasteful decor. The pool area is extraordinary, with plenty of spaces to sit back and relax. The breakfast is also exactly what you would expect from this type of hotel. This place was a real favorite for us in Phnom Penh, and we will gladly return whenever we are back in the city

the resort although almost ＞ 10years old, looks like it has recently been renovated, and were relatively new. there were some ants on the study table. otherwise, a pleasant stay. the pool was also clean. the breakfast was fantastic

Room was spacious, but a bit cold on the tiles Staff were all very friendly and attentive Location is convenient, 3 convenience stores and quite a few attractions within 10min walking distance

This place is incredible. Of all the hotels we've stayed in across SE Over three months, this was by far our favourite. It's actually ruined us for future hotels - we always lament "it's not Plantation" 😅 The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are comfortable and well-provisioned, the staff are genuinely friendly and super helpful, the pool is fabulous, the buffet breakfast is even more fabulous. We found the beds very comfortable, the rooms quiet and with lovely ambient lighting. We initially stayed for five nights then extended another three nights. It has a luxury feel that is much higher tha it's market price point. We can't recommend this place highly enough

Overall, I had a great stay. The hotel had a unique urban jungle atmosphere, which I really enjoyed, and the facilities and ambiance were excellent. The only downside was that there were quite a lot of small flies in the breakfast area, which made the dining experience a little less pleasant. If that issue were improved, the stay would have been nearly perfect. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
