We were a little disappointed with this hotel. It wasn’t very clean and most amenities weren’t available. No pool, rooftop bar or spa. Our package included breakfast, but no breakfast was available as the restaurant was closed.

the Room was clean and standart, so that was good. Other than that I can't say I had a pleasant stay. The facilities were all closed (pool, spa, etc) and at some point even the evevator lights weren't working (it was pitch black inside, only realized that when the doors closed 😱). The staff was nice and polite but not very good at communication and not very helpful: I left my luggage at the hotel after checkout and told them I'd come back later in the day to pick it up. When I got back there, the hotel was locked and I had to ask the hotel next door to help me fetch my stuff 😓 if you are in transit in PP, the hotel is good enough to sleep, but don't expect anything else

March 2023. After reading some of the past reviews I was skeptical but this place was a very enjoyable stay for my girlfriend and I. Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and competent. To clarify a previous review, the hotel is tastefully, and professionally decorated. The lobby is warm, inviting and beautiful. Our room (401) was also modern and comfortably furnished with a wrap around balcony perfect for morning coffee. We didn't have the breakfast so no info on that, but we would recommend this hotel to snyone.

Well located, the room is big and nice. Just their pool is not well maintained during my stay in December 2022.

Das Queen Grand Boutique Hotel und Spa ist ein gutes Hotel das ich weiterempfehlen kann. Der Check-in ging schnell und unproblematisch. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab kein Frühstück, aber uns wurde ein sehr schönes Café in der Nähe empfohlen. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber mit einem kleinen Balkon. Die Lage ist gut. Der Königspalst und der Mekong sind nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt. Von der Dachterrasse/vom Pool aus kann man den Königspalast sehen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es ein gutes Restaurant "The Kathmandu kitchen", das ich sehr empfehlen kann.

挺乾淨的，窗外是一片棚户區，房間不能開窗，也不敢拉開窗簾，太亂了，喜歡它做成spa房的感覺，沒有叫人來按摩，聽上去20美金一小時應該也不算便宜。大廳很有特色，又是在越南友誼廣場噴水池對面，衹是周圍真心找不到性價比高的飯店，衹能去宮門酒店吃大餐。説實話，旁邊小飯店價格和高級酒店價格是差不多的，這是我不能理解的，人工費出奇的低，但是沒有在按摩中體現出來，外面是很低的。

酒店外部環境亂糟糟的，都可以忍受。 服務簡直令人髮指，定的是帶陽台的豪華房，給的是不帶陽台的，窗外景觀很差，和前台反饋，前台高傲地説：辦入住的時候我不在，我不知道，不關我的事。 退房提前和他們説過要晚幾分鐘，他們答應的了。居然用這個來要挾我們，説我們如果糾結陽台房的話，得就多收我們房費。 司機不説英文，讓酒店幫忙確認叫的車到了沒，説了幾次無動於衷。 住過的服務最差的酒店。

お部屋の清掃を頼んだが1回されていないことがありました。 ただ、他のことは出来るだけ対応しようという感じがみえたので、良心的だと思います。

Chambre confortable et conforme aux attentes. Le nettoyage reste cependant moyen. La piscine est en fait très petite...pataugeoire et le cadre n'est pas celui affiché sur la présentation. Sinon situé dans quartier tranquille proche du palais royal...
