The photos don't do this absolutely gorgeous hotel (conveniently located close to the airport) as much justice as it deserves. Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect!! The massive lazy river style, H-shaped pool was stunning, clean and massive. I only wish that I could have spent more time in the pool during my 3 night visit. The gorgeous four poster bed was super comfortable with beautiful bedding. My extremely comfortable, spacious room was beautifully decorated with Khmer furnishing. The bathroom is large, modern, luxurious and very clean. My flight had been delayed so I had to check in very late and even thought the restaurant was near closing time I could still order room service. The staff was very friendly and professional but could be more helpful with correct up to date tourist information about local attractions. The delicious breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant that provided many choices and fantastic coffee. I HIGHLY recommend The Bali Hotel for your Phnom Penh visit!!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The services were excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I really enjoyed the stunning view, and the pool and gym were well-maintained and a great addition to my stay. The hotel also accommodated my early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experienceI would definitely stay here again!

It was an unforgettable experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The whole trip is in Chinese. Chinese-friendly hotel. Pick up from the airport to the hotel. The supermarket downstairs accepts WeChat payment. The hotel also has Chinese food.

The staff was incredibly polite and attentive. The rooms are very comfortable, the air conditioning is in very good condition.I visit Phnom Pehn often. I found my new address.

The booking with Trip.com came like a breeze. It's customer support is also very responsive, and has arranged for my quick check-in upon arrival at Sun & Moon. I was quite disappointed with the Hotel as I was not granted a very late check-out, since my flight is still by midnight, the same time of my arrival 3 days before. But, it was a pleasurable stay overall, as I enjoyed the Well Spa after check-out, to while away sometime before leaving for the airport.

Excellant hotel. Very clean and professional staff. I don't normally write reviews, but, this place was really excellent. The only thing that was a little bit of a hassle was location. About half way between the airport and river front. However a $2.00 Tuk-Tuk is all it takes to get downtown.  Breakfast had a good selection too.

The room is clean, the community environment is good, the customer service is very enthusiastic and patiently helped me solve many problems

Facilities: A bit old compared to a few years ago, Hygiene: Still good. Environment: There are Chinese restaurants downstairs, convenient for life. Service: Not bad. Normal check-in, fast, all the information has been prepared in advance.
